I was very impressed with this location during the Back To School Pandemonium today. DTLR is one of the last urban street wear apparel stores left in Raleigh.
I placed an Online Order and was able to use AfterPay to budget accordingly for my purchase. My daughter asked for a Sprayground bookbag this year and luckily DTLR had the design in stock for the African Intelligence Drop. The staff handled the large crowds very well. The customer service was excellent. The gentlemen working handled the line and moved us along offering kind and courteous service.
I hope they can stay in business. This location is convenient and has all the new popular drip in stock.

The worst in store customer service the manager is rude and the employees are putting in the system I picked up my online order but I actually have not because when I did go to pick up my online order I was told it was already shipped back for return and to call customer service for a refund. When I called customer service the first time and they put me on hold and calls the location in Triangle Mall they was told by the employee I already picked up my order. I picked up nothing because I was told it was already returned. I work in customer service and one thing I do know there’s a record of everything. I called customer service back for the 3rd time now after speaking with the store manager and magically this time the representative now sees there was a return conventionally the day after I was told I already picked up my order and refund issued. I will never shop with them again!! Either they need to hire more honest employees or there employees are stealing orders and saying they’re being picked up.

Zero customer service. At least 6 attendants in the store and none of them spoke or offered to assist while I walked in. Went across the hall to Spencer’s and it was a totally different atmosphere.

Went there today. Found the sneakers I wanted. The worker passed me over to help the guy that came in after me. When he was done, while I was standing there waiting for another turn to be helped, with the sneaker in my hand the worker glared at me and went on to ignore me and go try to help the people coming in the door. To bad I'll never walk in that store again after that. I'll find a place where I'm treated equal

Had to pick up an online order in store. The process was swift after I gave the associate my order details. She was able to find my purchases and verify the order information. We looked around and found some other items on sale and purchased those as well. The staff was very friendly.

This place is a rip off. Poor service and poor quality clothing.Don't shop here and don't expect any customer service return or credit for the poor quality products they sell.

I gave an 5 star even though they never have my sneakers that I'm looking for, but over all the enviorment is out standing with the worker willingness to assist you and all area they go over and beyond to help people.so I just couldn't see myself not given an 5 star on that note they need to get more puma selection in the store.That is my favor pair of sneakers GV special Puma I enjoy the most and that's why I was looking toward of given 2 star Which would have been wrong on my behalf.Now the store know my issue everything ok we all can come together.Thanks for all that you do in our community.
