I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion it's been 3 months since I had it and everything still works fine. The down payment on the car was $1300. It was a crazy roller coaster. Nate was the one who helped us with the purchase. I told him that me and my fiance was going to both be listed on the car but he only put my fiance down on the paperwork. After everything was done we thought we were good. We made our first payment and everything. Weeks went by and I haven't heard anything from Nate. The 30 day tags were close to becoming expired. We called about it and was told that we needed to send in copies of paystubs, no problem we did that. However another week went by and still haven't heard anything about getting the plates. I went to the dealership and nobody was there. I went back a few days later and there was this guy in the office telling us that he was filling in for the other man who was out sick and how Nate just up and quit. He explained everything to us telling us that all the paperwork was never sent in to the bank and that they denied the loan and that they needed proof of paystubs. He told us that we might have to give the car back but when we explained that we have been sending in the paystubs and made the first car payment he wrote out a 15 day tag. We were later informed that the bank thought we were sending in fake paystubs so that was another process we had to go through. The guy who was sick finally came back in to finish getting everything straightened out. We had to fill out all the paperwork work again with both me and my fiance information. All that was in the works and once again he had to write out another 30 day tag until all the paperwork with the bank went through. He made it happen and I was able to get my plates within a few weeks. I can't remember his name but he did a great job getting everything done.

Greg helped my friend and I and I must say the customer service was great ..she left with the car the same day payments are reasonable ..I recommend someone to him again

Online and on the door it says the dealership opened at 10 am ... well it’s currently 10:15 and nobody still has opened the doors!

I purchased a 2006 dodge magnum from drive away about 4 months ago. I had great customer service, I love my car. I have not had any issues with it. I actually decided to write this review because I am looking to purchase another car and wanted to check their website first.

I purchased a car for here.... Ten days later it started jerking, slowing down and speeding on its own. Took it to get checked and it had two codes dealing with the transmission. Called him to tell him about it he said it didn't have any codes when I sold it to you. Refused to go anything or offer any assistance. I was told the transmission is going up and in drive it is driving two gears lower. It shakes., slow downs and sound like the bottom is abortion drop. This is very unprofessional and the fact that I feel as though I was taken advantage of. .if you buy from him you better take a mechanic with you.

Bad run car lot. Not even BBB accredited with a grade F. Do your homework before a purchase. I was lied to and thought I was purchasing from a private person. Otherwise I would have seen the red flags and never purchased. There are far more legit businesses that can sell you a vehicle without the hassle Garvey will give you. Due to it being a civil lawsuit at this point I can not disclose the details. He was ok with it going to court with out resolution out of court. Who does that? I gave him 4 months to get it right. So publicly you know that I am being fair.

I would put no stars if I could. Purchased one car and it had a bad transmission. Took it back and received another. Stuck with this one and it doesn't even start. Dealer refuses to fix it. Very poor customer service and cars are crappy. Beware!!
