I just found out my sales guy (Hany Rezk) lied to me and my family when he said this isn’t a contract and cancel anytime. And the prices as well and how he can be reached anytime. Ever since the service started I haven’t able to reach and was not satisfied with the service as well. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Worst uniform company ever. Our new hire waited 3 weeks after ordering uniforms just to be asked for his sizes again.and that is one of many problems we had.

UPDATE: This have been resolved by Shawn the manager. He came to the shop for a few weeks and within the second week I had my pants and shirts fixed/found. He was extremely professional. Thank you Shawn for fixing this issue. It was actually and issue with the driver not the company.over 3 months ago two pairs of my pants got lost between the truck and facility. I've been requesting new pants since then. The truck driver said he has put in multiple requests but nothing has happened. Also I get multiple shirts and pants back with no buttons or missing buttons. How am I suppose to wear a uniform with no buttons? if we are stuck in a contract then fix our clothes and return our uniforms.

This company is the worse Uniform Company in the area. I have received shirts dirtier than what they were when I turned them in. Placed a tag on it saying a button was missing (that they broke off while cleaning) shirt came back with NO button. And this is every week! They TOTALLY suck! And I hope they see this review! Their Quality Assurance/ Quality Control person needs to find another job! ??♂️???? I had to give at least 1 ⭐️ ?

Locked in a contract, have been requesting to renegotiate the contract but no one ever calls me back. Been paying for employees uniforms for over a year now that don't work here. We stopped wearing their uniforms completely about 6 months ago. I believe last time I was locked into a contract until 2021. I even asked for a payout option but no one ever calls me back. Paying hundreds of dollars a month for about 50 shop rags and a uniform cabinet we don't use.

Giving this company one star is too much credit.

One of the worst uniform companies out there. That is why they are so cheap, you get what you pay for.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This company was good during the sales process, but after over six months of continued issues with quality, we terminated our relationship. The company then pursued legal action against us, claiming that we couldn't cancel because we didn't send complaints by certified mail. Shameful business practices. 100% Guarantee advertised on the website doesn't matter, they say, because it's "not in the contract."
