4 months ago the store was clean, organized and no boxes on the floor. Now you can’t even walk down some of the aisles. I looks really bad.

The store looked like a tornado had hit it. Every aisle was stacked with sealed boxes, I could even see the shelves on several aisles. I will continue to shop but at other stores when I’m near one but I will not go back to the one at Brier Creek, it has been going down for awhile. Today there was one employee in the store. Not even safe for her.

Over the past 2 weeks I’ve gone in several times just to quickly browse what’s new to the store & every time there are boxes piled up everywhere with empty shelves. So I just turn around & walk back out. I’m going to have to start driving farther to different stores because it’s a waste of time to even try to go in this one. Where is the manager? There’s only ever like 1-2 people working & no one stocking. Such a disappointment.

Stood in line for 5 to 10 minutes then Brian finally open up his register and refused to blow up birthday ballons for me. Told me that the only ones he had was the Mother's Day balloons already blown up. Brian didnt know that when I was driving up to the store, I saw him blow up birthday balloons for some Latin ladies. As I was walking by their balloons center, I saw a bunch of birthday balloons all over the countertop. I believe Brian is Latin so I wonder if thats why he did it for them and not me. Anyway, I would never go back to that store.

Best customer service that I've received from ANY Dollar Tree store, ever!! Ms. Elsie and her co-workers are so nice. The way they talk to the customers as well to each other while working is incredible. The store was clean even while restocking and changing the store around for the holiday seasons. The staff is very knowledgeable of what's in stock and can point you in the direction of where it is. The best experience ever.

Closed at 4 pm today and last time they closed at 8 pm. They really need to hire staff. Its sad honestly.

I’ve enjoyed going to this Dollar Tree in the past because they carry my favorite candy consistently. The past two times I’ve gone, they’ve closed MUCH earlier than their stated hours, like before noon. Yesterday (9/15), I arrived a little after 1 pm and there was a sign on the door that said they were closing at 8 pm that day. However, upon parking and making my way to the door, a man walked out with keys, said “We’re closed,” and then proceeded to lock the doors and walk to his car. Don’t know what’s going on.

Arrived at the store at 7:51 and there was a sign on the door stating they were closing at 8pm online says they close at 10. I sent my daughter in and a African American lady with a foreign accent turns her around at 7:51 along with others and I asked if your closing at 8 pm why are you turning people around 9 minutes before time and she says she’s been working since 8 this morning and she is ready to go. You have to be kidding me Dollar tree corporation are y’all allowing your stores to close 2 hours early??? And 9 minutes before an edited closing time? Change the hours online so customers will not arrive based on the time you have listed. There were 4 cashiers in the store so help want a issue.

Management is rude, as others have noted. I thought the sign on the door (photo attached) was a little funny, like in a cute way. So I snapped it as I entered the store. But the crazy manager confronted me about "taking a picture of her sign," like 15 minutes into me browsing for some candy. Why she waited that long, the Lord only knows. It was just for my snap story, but just to spite her, I've included the photo she told me I couldn't take. ? Like WTH is wrong with people. Go yell at our government instead about property taxes.
