I went into the store today. About to check out the line is down the aisle. She (cashier)calls the manager to assist her for a price override. Then he goes back in the office. Then I ask her if he coming back to help out he is on break. But he came to do a price override. I go knock on the door to ask if is going to help bring the line. He states after I finish counting. After the door was closed him and another employee started laughing The customer service is poor with majority of the employees at this store and it’s sad. All this happened on 2/25/24

I had picked up a few items from the clearance cart and when I got to the register my items were ringing up at .25 the cashier Linda kept deleting and rescanning for another employee to tell her if it’s ringing up then give it to me for that price. Instead she wanted to argue with me because I told the lady thanks because I’m ready to leave out of there. A manager had to come take her off the register and to the back because that’s how loud things had got between us. Now I just returned to this location months later for the same older lady Linda to tell me in a rude way to take my stuff out of the basket. I told her no due to how she was talking to me. Her response was well me neither and I told her to keep it and walked off for her to start yelling. I would suggested you guys get a grip on it or give your employees customer service training.

Cashier was being very racist. She asked a guy if he was from India he responded, “Im from here” and she replied “no, where are YOU from” and if he worked IT, not even knowing who he was. Very unprofessional and rude.

Even though the store is relatively new to this area, it is already rundown. Dimly lit and cluttered inside. Ok at best.

Went in for one thing I'm the only person in line. When I walked up to the register manager and employee are counting money. Nobody greets looks up for me at all just keeps on doing what they're doing. This went on for probably 5 minutes. Dollar Tree needs management so badly that they'll hire anybody as a manager? Obviously so where is common courtesy going? Or where has it gone?

They do not open on time. So if you have to be at work they lost 4 customers this morning from not opening on time. Many cars drove away. This is not good business. Went to Walmart instead.
