The staff here are just the rudest. There are some that are nice, but for the most part they are very rude to you. I asked a question to make sure he had gotten all of my items and he responded with an attitude.

Pretty awesome assortment of goods and fair prices/deals. Sure, it's a tad messy, but there's only 1-2 employees runnin the whole place so cut em some slack. ?♀️

I was here a couple weeks back. I have spent my entire career in retail and this is a train wreck. There is no attempt to keep standards. I only went in because I was waiting for my girlfriend to eat at a restaurant in the shopping center. It has been a wreck for several months, and needs new staff. I would "filter through" the entire staff so I could to start again if I was the district manager.The store is dirty. The shelves were not conditioned. It looks like no one has stocked it in some time.

This store is a trainwreck, both in how messy it is and how it's run. I usually can't find an employee and kind of feel you could just walk out with something and no one would ever even know. It's a weird place , at best.

This location is full of lazy workers. Their hours are till 10 pm but they close 20 minutes earlier.

They RELIGIOUSLY close early. If you come there anytime within 30 minutes of them closing you can count on the doors being locked. It’s happened to me 3 times in the last month. I just got there at 9:45 and the doors were locked.

I returned 5 items and 4 was credited to my card. I noticed it at home and tried to cal (919- 500-7445) and no one is answering the phone. I went back to the store again, Sunday but the store is closed early due to lack of worker. I went again to the store again Monday to settle the issue but it was treated bad. It was only $6.50 for Adult Poncho. The money is not a problem and I returned the item because I do not need it. It is degrading to be humiliated with 3 more customers.

The only reason I left 1 star was to leave a review otherwise I would have left nothing. Absolutely THE WORST DG in Raleigh. They’re never and I mean never open! Website says open til 10pm…I literally just left there at 5:36pm and there’s a sign on the door saying “we close today at 5:30” smh just close the store all together and get better management
