Oak Heart does a fantastic job with my pet, I have never had any issues with them. I always feel like they put the needs of my pet first and foremost. They are all knowledgeable and give great advice on caring for your pet. They are a true 10/10 veterinary hospital.

Horrendous experience. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience with a vet. They squeeze as much money out of you as they can. They will charge you for services that you didn’t even need and then proceed to not do anything about the problem. Do not EVER bring your pet here. Better off driving with your eyes closed on a busy highway than to ever bring your animal here.

Dr. Brown should have never sold her practice to you. What happened to me was bullshit. I was told to go to Vick Rd. Where they did not do one thing Dixie Trail could have not done for $150 just to walk in the door. If the vet on duty was too damn lazy to see my sick dog for an appointment that worked with my schedule then they should not be doing what they do. My final straw with your practice.

When it comes to our pets is something serious to us and we look for a place where we want them taken good care of.I’ve had very bad experinced in other places but this place I really recommend it. Dr.Brown is a very outstanding experienced Dr. she took her time with my puppy didn’t rush gave us some options on a few things we were concerned about and a very sweet soul. Alisson her assistant very nice also took her time to answer some questions we had and explain to us every question while we waited for Dr. Brown to come in.The staff upfront also very nice. I will be definitely be taking my puppy there from now on.

The BEST! We have our 12 senior dachshund and our 4 month old dachshund at Oak Heart. Every employee from the moment we walk in the door goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy and healthy!

Our dog and cat both go to Oak Heart! They are always there for us in an emergency and their staff is very friendly!

Made a same day appt. Was seen pretty quickly. A little pricey compared to some of the other vets in the area but don’t really mind considering I was seen so quickly.

Our cat had a great time there and got all cleaned up. They are very on top of communicating with us on the plan. We will be back when Dave needs another haircut.

We see Dr. Rochte but love all of the staff here. The front desk is really nice and helpful. The practice takes plenty of time for my fearful pup.
