I called the manager and he told me I was in the wrong. Managers name was JEB. He even gave me the wrong district managers number lol

A friend’s tire went flat and we put a spare on. Took the tire to Discount Tire. Turns out is was just a puncture and they patched it and put it back on. Colman was awesome. So helpful. We all were visiting from out of town for an event, and thanks to Colman and the other guys on the team, it didn’t spoil the event!

I would highly recommend this Discount Tire to anyone. Everyone there is friendly and good at what they do, and unlike most other tire places in Raleigh, they won't try to rip you off. This is where I would tell my grandmother to get new tires. Cheers.

Amazing customer service! Every team member is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional! I purchased four tires and TPMS sensors. They had me out within an hour of my appointment time. Had a little trouble resetting my older TPMS - Anthony spent 30 minutes with the sensor manufacturer to help resolve the issue. The place is very clean and professional! Fantastic customer service by Roland, Alex and Anthony (and the manager)! Thank you so much!

I went to discount tire today because I had a slow leak on one of my Tesla tires. I was really amazed by the service. As a female, I always hate going to auto repair places because they tend to talk down to me. However in this case, I found both of the guys at the front desk to be really pleasant and helpful and communicative. I was in and out of there in 1.5 hours, and they had pucks for my Tesla. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a better car experience. They offered me warrantees on my six month old car tires and then fixed the nail hole as part of the warranty. They will rotate and balance my tires every 6000 miles, so worth it.! I highly recommend this place and I will be going back next time I need tires on any of my three cars.

I have been going to Jeb and the team at discount tire for years. They are always helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to all my tire needs. They go so far as to take extra care mounting my track tires without soap to prevent the tire slipping during racing.

I've been using this DT location for several years. Jeb and his team are incredibly helpful and by far the GO-TO guys for the right tires at the best prices. I've recommended them to family and friends and have purchased multiple sets of tires from them. Hands down the best location in the triangle. You will not be disappointed!

Just went to this place for the first time because I had a nail in my tire and they patched me up and got me in so quickly. A truly good deal. The customer service was really amazing. So friendly and helpful. I Will definitely be using them for when it’s time to get a whole new set of tires . Definitely recommend.

Top notch. I bought some Michelin Pilot A/S’s from here about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I was plagued by nails in my tire x2 since purchasing. Discount always hooks me up with free flat repair and accommodating customer service/service flexibility. Colman hooked me up yesterday and worked with me and my work schedule in a pinch. Would highly recommend this location for all your tire needs

These guys were absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Top of the line. They explained everything. The only downfall is that I don’t live in Raleigh but if I did - these would be the guys to go see.
