I'm taking the time to write this review because this place really needs some real recognition for their amazing customer service and professional work. From placing the appointment online to driving off, was completely satisfying. The gentleman at the front desk Daniel was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He told me my service would take 30 minutes and in 30 minutes my vehicle was ready to head out the door. Alan was very nice and courteous, brought my vehicle when it was completed and walked me thru the service they had done. By far this is the best service I have ever experienced from a tire shop. Im sold with this guys. Couldn't be more happy. 100% recommended.

I went to them about 2 days ago because I desperately needed new tires. I asked if they would put on 2 that day and then the other 2 when I got paid again. They failed to bother to check all of my tires before doing so because, if they had, they would’ve noticed that one of the tires (that they DIDN’T replace) had a nail in it. It went completely flat the very NEXT day as I was driving home. I had to spend extra money on a tow truck AND a new tire at a different tire place when all of this could’ve been prevented had they noticed. They NEVER mentioned noticing anything wrong with my other 2 tires. They handed me my keys and receipt & said I was good to go - nothing more. So I figured my car would be fine to drive for one more week. But they were more concerned with hustling people out as quickly as they could. I’m extremely frustrated and wish I had known to stay away from this shop.

I visited the six forks location on Saturday, May 25th to have tires installed and balanced on my 2017 Ram 1500 truck. My truck has stock black rims that I’ve always taken good care of. Whoever installed the weights on two of my rims, scratched them so much that I now have to think of ways to cover up their mess. On top of that, my truck wobbles anytime I go over 55 mph. I assume one of the tires wasn’t correctly balanced. Unfortunately, I don’t trust this place enough to fix the error so I’ll be going somewhere else to have their mistakes corrected.

5 stars!! Why?! Service is outstanding, job is very quick and done at top level. Complimentary tire rotation. I just moved to Raleigh but it will be my only place to go in need of good tires!!!

We had a car in to change tires and rims, my wife went out there by herself since she doesn't know what to ask for they went ahead and took advantage of her , the manager John decided to keep the old rims that was in the car and did not feel need to advice my wife that they was going to keep or dispose the rims. They charge 1,100 and didn't tell her that was going to keep them . This is horrible business no honesty or integrity. I call them and they have a horrible customer service. John the manager horrible attitude not a leader. Would not do business with them.

Went in today to get my tire checked out / replaced by warranty, and was reminded why I consistently come back to Discount Tire. Dion went above and beyond inspecting the damage to my tire, and noticed that my trunk latch wasn't working. In addition to fixing the latch on my trunk for free, Dion & John also replaced a missing TPMS sensor on one of my tires at no additional cost (since it was accidentally removed at another Discount Tire location during a tire replacement). I will continue to patronize Discount Tire because of the customer service, which is astounding. These gentlemen were not only knowledgeable, but friendly, efficient and highly professional. Would absolutely recommend this location to a friend.

Had a flat tire and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to get it worked on. They were ready to receive my car the minute I pulled up, even though I was a couple minutes early. My car drove out the door less than thirty minutes later with two new tires. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. They were informative of the issues with my car and the options I had without being pushy on buying services or warranties. Very fast, professional, and easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience.

Four new Michelin Defender 2 tires installed on my Acura in 30 minutes with an appointment. Friendly staff. Been coming here for years with 5 vehicles. Always A+ service.

So fast I barely had time to send a work email! Barrett and Mason were very friendly and helped explain everything. I highly recommend buying and booking appointment online as it expedites service on the day of your appointment. Their Treadwell tire finder is user friendly and easy to compare pricing. Great work fellas!
