Hey so I went in to grab a few small things for a camping and fishing trip. But they don’t have anything. Like not one thing. As in ZERO FISHING AND CAMPING STUFF. Don’t go here if you need anything related to that. But hey. they have half the store dedicated to golf. Not downing golf at all. but to be a sporting goods store and not have a single thing related to camping or fishing? They must be phasing it out kinda crazy since this store is like 10 miles from Falls Lake!!

I recently stopped by this location to look at some golf clubs. Kenny from the golf department approached me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I'm a relatively new to the sport so I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Long story made short, Kenny took nearly a hour and a half out of his time to explain the benefits of different clubs and fit me for a driver on the spot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a new golfer and look forward to going back to see him soon!

Very thankful for Jake helping me out today. I came in for a gift card and he assisted me with picking one out and making some other great suggestions for future purchases. His excellent customer service definitely surpassed my expectations!

While going inside the sports store the quality of the items in the store are a masterpiece. The customer service there is pretty good, and I think DICK'S Sporting Goods should hire more employees just in case, because the store feels like I'm pretty alone( nothing against DICK'S). Overall great store with a good variety.

They are a pricey place for name brand athletic clothing, and sporting goods.They did have helpful, friendly staff.

The only thing I can complain about is that they have a very limited variety for some items. For example: youth tennis shoes, indoor soccer shoes, Nike tees.

My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.

Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.

They have a lot of stuff in the store with golf since I believe they team with golf Galaxy. I go there for hockey equipment which is hit or miss. I just went to see if they had any equipment for hockey and there was none. I guess it's seasonal but still there should be at least a small section which there is not. Overall though, you can certainly get most anything in relation to sports. The prices are at the higher end for sure and if you go to some smaller sports stores you may be able to get a better deal on things. Overall, it's a good experience.

I love shopping Dick's online for curbside and inside pick up. They always have what I need in stock and the customer service is unmatched. I purchase athletic shoes, equipment and apparel for my little athlete. I have shopped the Cary, Brier Creek and Raleigh store. Each experience is excellent. We are big fans of Adidas and some Nike apparel, and the prices are excellent. Always monitor your app for sales and your $10 coupons. Happy shopping!
