Not a fan of the customer service at the brier creek location. Every time I visit this one it feels like I’m pulling teeth to get someone to help or even do the most basic request….ring me up.

I don’t shop at this location often, but when I do, Nathan is always very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the merchandise in the store. If there is something that you need assistance with, he is able and willing to help With no hesitation. Although I don’t come in the store too often, Nathan always remembers me and my son which means a lot. Look out for him and I promised that you will receive excellent customer service

They don't have a fraction of what is 9online. Fishing reel area is a notch above Wal-Mart. Bass Pro Shops has spoiled me.

Wow. Had one of the best shopping experience ever here because of Kai and Nathan. They made us feel like we were family truly. Kai couldn’t have been nicer helping with shoes and the dressing room. Nathan was as good as it gets with one of the brightest happiest smiles you’ll see. What great people this place is lucky to have them.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes...they rang up at 149.00 but were marked at 104.97 on the display. They were great and honored the price on the display.

Don’t go to this store. I purchased the bike 2 days back . GT aggressor pro . Bike had issue. Called to store to return it. Person said I cannot return. Also person who gave bike was rude . Wasted my money and time . :(

Staff in the store very friendly, although Customer Service to assist with order very poor. And also lack of variety and numbers available.

I stopped in the store to grab a water bottle and decided to look around the store. An employee was nice enough to open the dressing room for me. While I was trying on shorts I heard the door rattling so I responded "someone's in here". Shortly after the door opened as wide as possible and the male employee was standing there as if he had seen a ghost. I understand they may not have heard me but KNOCK. I was covered, thankfully but it was a very uncomfortable experience. What makes it worse is he bolted and avoided me while the rest of the time I was in the store. A simple apology would have made a lot of difference.

I’m not sure the hiring and training practices of this location but I will never shop here again. The young people working the registers have absolutely no training in manners or etiquette. When I purchased an item a few days ago the cashier answered me with “yups” so much a lack of manners the receipt says his name was “Oscar”. Then when I decided to return the item just two days later I was in a cashier’s line, he then said he had to go do something so I lifted the heavy item again (65 year old woman here) and went to another line. Seconds later this guy comes back and says I’ll take you now, I simply said I’m not lifting this again and stayed in the line I was in. Completed my return, now 24 hours later the amount ($107.24) is not back in my bank account so I go in to check on it. I get yet another rude cashier talking over me and saying there is nothing he can do about it so I asked to speak to a manager. At that point this young man should have walked away and let me speak to the manager but he did not. The entire time I was trying to talk to the manager the young clerk kept rudely interjecting and telling the manager what to tell me. I asked the clerk to please stop interjecting and let me please speak to the manager. He literally told me he did not have to and could stand there and continue telling the manager what to say. These employees definitely need a massive amount of training on how to speak to customers and manners in general (apparently parents are no longer teaching this at home). I will drive to Cary and shop at Bass Pro Shop from now on, I definitely am not giving this company another penny of my business!

Clean store, love the variety of products, great prices on everything. Also, please give Jared a big raise! He is super friendly and makes every customer feel special. Will be returning!!
