Not only has half of the year is marked incorrectly but they will not honour a competitors retail price or honour the price that smart on the shelf. Would really rather go to a different sporting goods shop still leave this one alone.

When I arrived there where 2 employees talking with what appeared to be a friend . I already knew the specific Brooks shoe I wanted. So I waited a few mins for them to stop talking and asked for my size. He brought my size and went back to the conversation, I needed another shoe so again waited for him again to finish the non sales conversation to interrupt, he retrieved the shoe I wanted and apologized and said he would be more attentive however he returned back to the conversation and again I waited and he comes over and finally suggested other shoes to try. After 25 mins, I decided not to purchase my shoes from there. I did end up purchasing something else, just not what I came for.

Enjoyed shopping at this location probably more than any other location I've ever shopped before. They had a great sale going on, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the item I went there to purchase was in stock. Will be making this choice location to visit regularly!! ☺️

Unbelievable place. It is a mall within itself. It has two floors with easy accessibility to the second floor. I used the escalators. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, yet not over bearing, allowing you to enjoy the store. Prices were competitive but the product was top notch. Can't wait to go back.

I bought $409 of goods for Christmas and after the holiday I tried to return on item and I couldn't find the original receipt. I gave them the credit card that I used for the purchase and I had my Amex bill with me but they said that they couldn't find the transaction. I won't shop here again.

Lori who is the running specialist was by herself today. I was a time consuming customer that had to go through several pairs of shoes before finding the right pair. There were at least around 7 customers besides me that needed her attention. Despite this she was smiling, moving quickly, and provided excellent information. Customer service in this day and age is nonexistent. Hopefully Lori will not only positively influence those around her (fellow coworkers and customers alike), but is recognized by Dick’s Sporting Goods how much of a valued employee she is. Thank you for this positive experience!

Tried to purchase a set of filet knives for my father for christmas, and they require you to be 21. I can understand 18, but I’m 20! Ridiculous.

Followed me around the whole store as if I needed to steal,felt very uncomfortable and didn’t even get to look around and my see what I really wanted, stalk the big black man while every one else steals smh will never go back

Why are the parking lot lights not working at the Dick’s at Triangle Towne Center? The is seriously a public safety issue!!!!
