Devolve is the heart of the Glenwood party scene! The staff here do excellent job keeping the bar a safe friendly environment! The drink I buy is expensive by 2$ here, than at the Raleigh Beer

Fantastic service. Bartender worked hard to play us the hurricanes game tonight until he was finally able to and didn’t give up. Great atmosphere and strong drinks too!
