Thank you Gwen for designing/preparing the most gorgeous funeral spray EVER for my mother, the one and only Pauline Wimbish Banks. Total amazement! I was extremely happy of the outcome of the spray that Gwen from delonica's florist did for my uncle Larry Brock's funeral .She went far and beyond then what most flower shop does , to make her customers happy .

I ordered the flowers for a funeral today, and they claimed they could not deliver to a funeral home that was on the same street. Pathetic. Horrible customer service.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it is so hard to use their website. Sure they have the carousel of bouquet photos on the home page, but only the casket sprays are labeled with names, prices or numbers. You just have to call and be extremely specific about what you want based on the pics. Also, you have to call and do everything over the phone instead of shopping & paying online. Those are the only negatives. To be fair, they are a small, individually owned shop, not TeleFlora or a conglomerate. I like to patronize small businesses when possible, especially with so many disappearing during the pandemic. The service was friendly and prompt. They delivered exactly what I requested and my friend loved them. I didn't have to leave a message. Every time I called with a question or an update the phone was answered immediately by a lovely woman. I'm kind of exasperating to deal with as my brain doesn't always function properly. So I had to call 3-4 times to get all the necessary info together. The employee was exceedingly patient and kind with each and every call. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful bouquet, but I called and specifically asked for lilies to be included in a mixed boquet, and was given a price point based on the bouquet having lilies. It arrived with no lilies :(

We ordered a peace plant for a funeral on a Monday for a wake on Friday evening. When we got there the plant was not. Upon calling the company the next day they said their truck had broke down. What a sad excuse. Poor service!! If I am paying padded prices for product and a $15 delivery fee, I expect to drive it there in your car if you have to.

Delonica's Florist is amazing and has been my go to florist for many years. Mrs. Gwen and her team have always demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and beautiful artistry. I most recently sought out Mrs. Gwen to help make my destination wedding complete by having my bridal bouquets and aisle chair decorations made. Let's just say she exceeded my expectations! Delonica's Florist has and will continue to be my go to florist!!!

Truly, the best florist in Raleigh. The staff is courteous. professional, and efficient. Prices are affordable, and they have an array of beautiful flowers, plants, and other gifts. Gwen Johnson is amazing and wonderful to work with. I've been doing business with this florist for years, and I will continue to use them for future purchases.
