Danny has been my agent for 20+ years since I moved to NC from GA. His services feel like 24/7 customer attention when I have questions on my business policy. A few years ago I added State Farm insurance for my residential and auto coverage because my other insurance company had a substantial rate hike. Plus their service was not as dependable as Danny and his team's customer care attention.
I will also add, Danny supports his local community. For example, he has been a donor to my non-profit girls golf program for almost 8yrs.
This is why a give Danny Newton & his Team 5 stars!!!!

I do not know what happen to this office. I have been with them for many years both home and auto. I inquired today what options there are for my insurance since nothing has changed with my property and cars and my payment has gone up 45% in five years. I was told "prices have gone up, you want to change, I completely understand". If that is how you want to treat people that have been with you for 15 years, it is terrible. "like a good neighbor," yeah right.

Went to the mailbox to find that Danny Newton insurance company had canceled my car insurance. I’ve been with State Farm for over 35 years and with Danny Newton for 20 years. They canceled my insurance because I had my car towed 3 times last year. Not to mention they canceled my home owners insurance for filling a claim, and I still remained a faithful customer. It’s ok to pay a company for 20 years but soon as you file a claim they cancel you! I have a very big following on social media and everyone will know how DANNY NEWTON TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS.

I contacted the office with a concern about my bill and was assisted by Cena. She was patient and kind listening to my concerns even though I was upset. She validated me, took time to understand the details of my issue, and advocated for another look at my insurance premium. I am very grateful that she was there to help and even followed up with me days later with details what was being done on my behalf.

We have been using Danny Newton for 20 years!! WOW, where did the time go. Danny and his staff are always professional, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Tracey is the BEST, she worked so very hard for getting us the correct coverage requested by one of our customers. Literally Tracey stayed on top of it for weeks until the process was completed and the correct forms were sent to our customer. I highly recommend Danny Newton.

One word, no two, Mrs.Seena. she went above and beyond yesterday, Nov. 30, 2023 she took a payment from me, that I was unable to get completed the night before, due to the computers being down at State Farm after hours. She not only accepted the payment, she added another car to my policy, that I requested. This woman’s customer service, was great, through the roof. Not only that she was very quick, to assist and complete my request, answer my questions. Thanks again, Seena, good job.

i have had my policy with them since january and they are always super accommodating and understanding if need be. they make me feel comfortable and i trust them, which makes all the difference!

Started a policy in Feb 2023 for a new car I bought. I needed to added a car to the policy in May 2023. I attempted to call to get a quote to add the car to my policy and never received any kind of quote. So I started shopping around to see what my options would be and got a quote from a different insurance company for a policy for my 2 cars. They quoted me $220 per month. I was paying $446 for the coverage on just 1 car with State Farm! So of course I took the new policy. If they had answered the phone I would have never even shopped around so they did save me money in that way. So I cancel the policy and fast forward a few weeks later I still get charged the $446 premium. Mistakes happen right? I call State Farm Customer Care to get a refund processed. They ensure me that the refund request was submitted. I wait a couple of days and realize that i never received any confirmation that the refund was being processed. So I call customer care back to follow up and of course they show no record of anything. They tell me that they will submit another refund request but that my local agent was responsible for handling the refund. So I attempt to call several times and customer care attempts to call as well. I send them email and leave voicemails for the request and so does customer care. This morning I finally am able to get in contact with someone at Danny Newton's office. She tells me that the cancellation was not processed until 6/22 that is why I got charged on 6/21 ( mighty convenient....). But still I am just wanting to get the refund for the extra premium payment. She tells it me it will be another 2-3weeks to get processed?! The policy was cancelled of 5/24. This payment should not have even occurred and now you are telling me that I have to wait to the middle of July to get my money back! To make the situation even worse as I have been going through this process I realized that they had created duplicate policies on the same car and were charging me an $113 month for that policy! All In all this place have over charged me by almost $900 and their excuse is to blame State Farm Customer Care. You are an State Farm Agency! If I am never able to get in contact with you how else am I supposed to get the help I need. The communication for this place is terrible! There lack of customer service is frustrating and lack of appreciation for your business is obvious. State Farm Customer Care were very apologetic but if you want good service I would definitely suggest find a different agent to use

I would like to express my EXTREME Gratitude for the customer service I received from Liam at Danny Newton State Farm Insurance office. I was in tears prior to speaking with him as a result of another auto insurance company that was not willing to work with me under despair and unforeseen circumstances. Liam was empathetic, offered great service and was very thorough. I appreciate you Liam!!!!

Danny has been very helpful! I got a letter from my mortgage company about a potential lapse in coverage for a certain period. I informed Danny about my situation and he took care of it all without any additional steps from me.

My experience With this agent is something I hope no one experience. The agency does not give All State a good rep.I moved into NC needing auto insurance. Was quoted a price. Granted it was lower than what competitors were charging. I was pleased with the payment. So, I paid what the agency’s representative quoted me. I was assured that it would be the same price for the entire six months. I paid the following month which was what I was quoted. Then when Aprils bill came around, it skyrocketed $50.00 more than what I was quoted.It took the underwriters a month for me to finally receive my cards.When I received the April’s bill. I called the agency. Representative could not give me a straight forward answer. So, called the 1-800 # and was explained that the policy was worth more that I was quoted. That’s not my fault.Scenario: how about the owner of this so called agency needed repairs done to (for example) his/her refrigerator. I got to the residence. Determined what was wrong. Didn’t have the part on hand. Stated that I’ll be back in an hour with part in hand and quoted the owner $150.00 including parts and labor. Now I’m done the job and I handed the owner a bill for $225.00. Now granted the diagnosis.of the problem with the refrigerator did not change much. All it was a faulty defrost mode switch. How do you think you would react?No person names were not used except for the insurance name.Short and SweetBad Business for an agent that represents a very well known insurance company!!!!!!!!!

I was looking to switch insurance companies to meet my financial needs. I was connected with Liam a sales rep. He was so polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was pressed for time and he gave me a quote and then prepared my policy while I was on lunch break. I recommend contacting him for your insurance needs. Thanks Liam for everything!
