Horrible, horrible customer service and pedicure from the lady with the orange hair. She can't even do the basic job of only painting my toenails. She is incredibly rude as well. I left before my nails dried. I didn't want her touching me again. I will do a better job myself.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Pedicure and gel fill-in with matte gel finish turned out perfect. The reviews do not reflect the amount of great service I recey during my experience. Definitely will return for future services. I have visited salons in the triangle that have not scrubbed the bottom of a foot the way it needs and here I received it.

This is the lovely job I had done at this salon, the pics on the right show the separation between my natural nail and the acrylic nail. I literally cannot keep them clean because the space is so huge anything I pick up that isn't solid gets between the nail. I attempted to resolve this with the salon and corporate to no avail. The tech told me the nail was supposed to look that way and corporate never bothered to respond. I WILL NEVER go here again. They weren't extremely nasty to me, as most people point out, but there was definitely a disregard for customer concerns. There is a nail salon right across the parking lot with much nicer atmosphere and the nails are done with precision. It is called VIP Nail Spa, ask for Jack. He is patient, kind, and even took time to fix the mess Da-Vi created for me. He fixed the separation as best he could (it is honestly going to take removal to fix), removed the acrylic that had lifted (which was just about every nail), and reshaped them. VIP Nails has my vote!!! I also discovered the horrible job done by DaVi (the separation in the nail) caused me to develop a NAIL FUNGUS! Two of my nails turned green. Water/moisture being allowed underneath repeatedly could have cost me my fingers. NEVER go there!!!
