Cashier decided that because I walked in with a stroller and a diaper bag that I was probably a thief and watched my every move. Couldn’t even check out without her watching everything I did. Extremely put off and will never come in here again. Don’t treat innocent people like thieves.

Asked the pharmacy tech some questions about my prescription that another location messed up and his answer was this is a hard stop. Don't take the meds for a few days. This information is dangerous as my medications would cause withdrawal. Education is important.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. They are always quick, kind, polite and helpful. Most recently I was helped by Roy, who was awesome and who offered to contact my doctor and have my prescriptions consolidated so I could pick them up every three months instead of every month. I've never had a pharmacist go above and beyond like that before.

Went in last week with a 40 percent off coupon that came in the mail. Although it clearly had MY Name on it and addressed to me they wouldn’t honor it. The manager was curt and dismissive saying the coupon was sent to us in error and they had been turning them away customers all week. If it had expired I would understand but this is unacceptable and he should have made an attempt to rectify this.

I have always used this CVS because of the good service.Not any more!I waited over an hour past my "appointment" time for a flu and covid vaccine.They had over booked and scheduled many people at the same time.After being told there were still four people ahead of me I walked out and made an appointment at Walgreens.

I've always used this location because of convenience between my place of employment and home. That doesn't matter anymore, because they have the worst customer service. If you plan on using the drive up service, don't. You can easily wait in line for over an hour due to slow service and staff not advising customers with several questions to go inside. At this point, once you get to the window, they then tell you sorry we're closed come back tomorrow.
