They took my prescription from another specialty pharmacy without my permission and it's been nothing but constant calls that my insurance is no good , trouble with billing, needs more approval than taking a Narcotic drug . Nothing has went as told or planned since they took this ' OTEZLA ' away from Corillion specialty pharmacy. It's so bad I told them not to send the medication because it's not worth the headaches they are causing. No knows what the last person has even told you .

Trust the bad reviews. There's so many negative comments on this pharmacy in fb groups and I know firsthand why now. They do not own up to any errors or misleading information a representative gave me, costing me hundreds of dollars. Even IVF clinics try to avoid this pharmacy. Mine was only sent there before that's what insurance was in network. They're the last choice for a reason.

CVS is the worst pharmacy ever! Always out of medications. Can’t ever get any resolution to any problem. Their billing is fraudulent. They are horrible!

Working with CVS Specialty Pharmacy has been an absolute nightmare. The staff at my doctor's office and myself went back and forth with CVS for weeks after being consistently told different things - my doctor's office was told my prescription was ready to go; I was told my prescription was not ready to go and I would get a call back in 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 10 days, 14 days - it changed every time. It wasn't until I had documented everything in writing what my doctor's office staff had been told with the names of all the CVS reps who they had spoken to, and not until I told the rep I spoke to that I wasn't getting off the line until the issue was resolved, that the problem was finally solved. An issue that CVS had been dragging out for weeks was finally solved in 10 minutes after I came to them with documentation. The last CVS rep I spoke to admitted to me that there had been no activity on my account on their end for weeks and that there had been severe internal miscommunication within CVS. This was overall a horrible experience with CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Thankfully I have a doctor whose staff was willing and able to help advocate for me otherwise this may never have been fixed given how terribly things are run within CVS.

Very difficult company to work with. Poor communication, miscommunication, sends less supplies than needed and documented on paperwork, delays in shipment. My son has gaps in his daily injection since switching to Aetna/CVS Speciality. Has been such a headache working with this company.

Very dangerous . They deny every medication sent from my doctor . They always put “requested more information from your doctor “ despite doctor sending notes to them after examination with labs and X-rays . This is a deceiving way of “denying” a medication without official reason for denial. This reminds me of the movie “rainmaker” where all insurance claims denied until someone called and complained .Please discuss with legislators or point me to whom we can talk with about fixing this ?

I'm thinking most of the negative reviews must be because of insurance issues? I personally have NEVER had a problem getting my meds, and they are always on the date given fir delivery. Very positive experience for me.

Wish I could give negative stars. This company took over a specialty prescription for me due to new insurance. They continue to cancel my orders without notification. My medicine is now a month late and they continue to screw up

Corrupt and incompetent monopoly. They appear to focus on billing patients as much as possible and as frequently as possible. I have been trying for 4 months to resolve CVS errors. No one appears to have the brains or resolve to fix anything.

They don’t care about you at all. They will also disclose your medical information to people who do not have access to that information. By far the worst pharmacy

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My 6 year old is on a specialty medicine that we constantly have gaps of him not getting any because of delays in shipping. CVS loves to say they need a prior authorization...weeks after one has already been completed and sent to them multiple times. They don't communicate with you either. You will just not receive the medicine that you ordered and expected to be delivered based on the time it shows. It's unbelievable. Thank goodness my son's medicine isn't a life saving medicine.

Between CVS Specialty and Blue Cross insurance nothing but problems since I retired. It's been a monumental struggle for my two specialty medications for Multiple Sclerosis and Crohn's. My great doctors have tried getting me all different meds for my conditions for a long time but either they're not covered or they can't get them

I was a bit surprised to see the number of negative reviews for CVS Specialty. I'm on Medicare Part D. I get injections twice/year for my moderate to severe osteoporosis, they're quite costly. The staff I've dealt with from initially setting up my account/prescription to anytime I've called to refill my injection and have it shipped directly to m doctor's office have been patient, helpful and courteous.

This company is awful. The customer service is horrible. I have been trying to fill my medicine for 3 weeks with this company. They keep saying that it is the doctor’s office’s fault for the delay, yet they aren’t telling my doctor anything. My doctor actually called me personally to tell me that she has never dealt with a more horrible company. She said that even she was on hold for a long period of time. This company is an absolute joke.

This company is dreadful! Please avoid giving them your money if there is any way possible to do so. Excessive long wait times on the phone (50-90 minutes) and terrible customer service.
