This is one of the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. It took them over a month to fill my prescription saying I need my Dr. to call for pre-authorization. 3weeks after my Dr. did call they finally filled the prescription. Then the next month I go to pick up my prescription they only filled half and said it needed reauthorization again , made me get out of line and go to drop off where someone would help me. I stood there for over 10 min not one person looked over, acknowledge me or helped me. If you try to call you are stuck in a loop and then they don't answer the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I will NEVER go to this or another CVS again. It makes sense since United Health owners them.

Rating is based on pharmacy. Their drive through is never available. Then when I walk in, the pharmacy is closed for lunch. The pharmacy hours at this location is terrible. I am switching because they have become so much more inconvenient with drive through service always closed and then closing for lunch.

Filthy vaccination area. If they are this dirty, disorganized on the surface, I hate to imagine their higiene practices. Went here for a COVID and flu vaccine and was welcomed with the mess you see in the picture.

As a (now retired) healthcare professional I can understand being short staffed especially post pandemic - but I can not understand being a lazy provider. I called for a refill for a prescription (hormone that i have been on for 20 years) that is usually filled at my CVS in Florida. The pharmacy staff at Creedmoor told me to call back in 3 days when it could actually be refilled - I reiterated that it was an unusual prescription that is not normally on the shelf, and could the person verify with the pharmacist that they would HAVE it come time to fill it. She assured me they would have it by then. I call back in the 3 days (now have just 1 day of medicaton left, its a Friday and doc offices close early) to find out that they wont have the med until Monday - IF then. Then the pharmacy tech tells me to call Six Forks pharmacy because they have it on the shelf. BUT...because it is considered a "CONTROLLED" substance (a hormone that has human steroid in it) it can only be transferred between pharmacies ONCE and Six Forks can not fill it EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE MEDICATION ON THE SHELF. They can't even send it store to store. It's not their fault that it is considered "controlled" even though it is not a narcotic, but failure to follow up on something a patient has had as a daily medication for 20 years (and is IN their computer system) is akin to me as a nurse deciding not to give a medication for days to a patient. I should have been directed to call Six Forks in the first place since they evidently had it (but Creedmoor will make money on keeping my business there). This is nothing short of NEGLECTFUL and LAZY business practices (and potentially dangerous - lifethreatening if it were a different medication). Not having this medication for several days will end up making me fill physically ILL. David (Pharmacist) , who is on today is now attempting to rectify a situation that could have and should have been dealt with professionally if someone had followed through as they said. CVS...if you are going to staff your pharmacies with unprofessional and irresponsible staff, you are setting your PATIENTS up for untoward effects at YOUR hand. LOOK back at the complaints regarding PHARMACY here on this platform. Are you a department store OR a PHARMACY trying to establish itself as an urgent care clinic?? IF this is where you are trying to grow your business model, you better address the relatively simple issues because once you start processing patients through a clinic the issues only grow. IF you can not adequately and professionally staff your pharmacy, your clinics will be in big trouble ..before that happens, you need to FIX it. This is on YOU, Corporate CVS.

Extremely unpleasant experience at drive thru with “Alex”. Very rude and passive aggressive. He needs to find a new job or training on customer service etiquette.

Always a 5 Star visit at this CVS. Lady behind counter with glasses always pleasant and very helpful. Pharmacy was closed but they all are always concerned with any of my pharmacy needs. Nice to have a neighborhood pharmacy close by.

There's always a problem with the male pharmacist! Tech Alex is the most amazing and nicest!! The male pharmacist is stingier with my syringes than Bojangles with ketchup. You'd think they come out of his pocket

Pharmacist Ashley down right nasty, did not want to be helpful whatsoever. Had to beg her to check on a new Rx my Doctor sent, said she still couldn't fill until she spoke to the doctor herself. Finally realized the correct Rx was in their system.Store Manager a gem! Patrick is terrific! Will be changing pharmacies as of today.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The employees clearly don’t want to be there and are definitely not qualified to even work at a pharmacy.
