I’ve never left a review but felt the need in hopes that it helps someone out in the future. I had an out of country trip coming up in 3 weeks and realized my passport had expired. I found online that custom postal helps with the passport expediting process. Kelly was extremely helpful and got me in touch with Paul who guided me through the process. Not to mention, this was a Sunday morning and both Kelly and Paul were willing to help. After filling out the proper paperwork and sending to Paul, my passport was in my mailbox that following Thursday. It may cost you a pretty penny but Kelly and Paul’s assistance was priceless since I’ll be able to join our family trip in a couple weeks.Hope this post helps someone who is as stressed out as I was.

I think keeping peoples identity confidential as to who uses a P.O. Box or incoming mail at their store is important unless their is something illegal going on. I won’t get into details as it is no one else’s business.

For spending an hour driving around to find a DHL drop off location, I made my way to Custom postal for the first time. Ludwig was incredibly helpful. He was able to not only help me with the DHL package, but he also helped me with a FedEx and UPS package. He was very friendly and gave excellent service.

I’ve been going to Custom Postal for a while and they’ve airways been friendly and great to work with. Yesterday I was returning pillows & the postage was going to exceed the cost of the pillows. They spent over 45 minutes replacing the pillows in separate smaller boxes until finally the postage was less than the cost of the return. While I was there, a gentleman came in with wrapping paper. He was proposing that night and bought boxes for his gifts. Because he didn’t know how to wrap the gifts, Kelly wrapped them for him. And because he was getting engaged, they didn’t charge him for the box. Those two examples are emblematic of their community spirit. Glad to know them and support their local business. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for the first time to ship a small package. The guys in the store were so helpful! I was disappointed that they couldn't also take my Amazon returns, LOL, but I'll definitely return in the future when I need to ship packages.

I went here to ship a package internationally because they were listed through DHL and it is local - due to rates they suggested USPS instead. Sure that works, but I wrote down the address and told them the return address and somehow they put in an old address I haven’t lived at for nearly a decade and they put the destination address in wrong. I didn’t realize this because there was no screen to double check like they do at UPS and FedEx locations. So basically the international stuff wasn’t done right (they didn’t have me fill out customs forms) and the package got returned to an address I don’t live at anymore. I tried calling them in case they received it anyway, I had to call the post office and go and they searched but this package is missing. So now I’m out a lot of money and had to rebuy the item and ship it through somewhere else. I really recommend going somewhere where they will let you double check the shipping addresses on the screen or show you the label first before putting it on. This has been a stressful experience and they weren’t mean people so I won’t put one star but I don’t recommend this local place over chains due to this experience.

I have been a customer and PO box renter since they opened for business.When I go in there I always feel like I am with friends. A great friendly and professional staff. Three years ago myself and 7 other went to Scotland for a golf trip. Kelly more than graciously let us drop off our clubs at Custom Postal so the shipper could pick them up at one location and ship them to Scotland. He did this at no charge to us just as a friendly gesture!

I've been a regular customer of Custom Postal for 15 years. I use their po box service, buy stamps, cards and fun little gift items you don't find in other stores, as well as send and receive packages there. I know the price of stamps/shipping is a little higher there, but its soooo much more convenient than driving out of my way to the post office to stand in a exceedingly long line. Well worth the savings on my time and gas!The people that work there have been there for years and some decades.They are wonderful and are an extension of my team as I own a small business. Always friendly, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable.A great asset to our community! I highly recommend them!
