I was helping a local dance studio with their t-shirt design. It was very last minute & I was worried about turn around time. Working with Sean Brosnahan at Custom Ink was an amazing experience. He was able to explain the products, help me with sizing & placement of the design. The t-shirts arrived one week early! They are beautiful & the dancers love them. Quality is excellent. We went with the Bella Canvas cotton & it’s soft & has a beautiful drape. My favorite part was the customer service provided by Sean & his team in the Village in Raleigh. He went above & beyond & we are very thankful.

Wanted to get a single custom shirt made. Employee spent a couple minutes going over the design with me. I said I was interested in receiving the shirt the next day, and within 24 hours I got a phone call telling me it was ready. It was a touch more than I wanted to spend, but the quality and service was great!

Sean Brosnahan went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I had considered using an Amazon service and I’m so thankful I didn’t because the image I had created did not translate well on to clothing. But Sean realized how horrible it looked and called me so we could work together to create exactly what I had envisioned. The process was so easy and actually kind of fun. I’ll definitely be going back!

Sean was fantastic in helping me both with a custom order AND a fundraiser. I made some mistakes but he helped get me on the right path! They have a good online tool, but there is no replacement for a person with good customer service.8/2021 Meeting up with Sean for a 2nd year reminds me of the good service I received with our first order in 2020. He demonstrates an excellent understanding of what customer services means. Our organization has group orders and a potential fundraiser that we're looking at and Sean provides detailed information along with suggestions on how to control costs, or maximize profit, in the case of the fundraiser.

Sean was so much help to me. I had a tshirt designed, and he stepped in and took what I had, and redesigned it. It turned out amazingly! He helped me place my order, the shirts arrived a couple of days early, and I could not be more pleased. I have worked with CustomInk for several years now and I could not be more pleased with each passing year. The extra help they give me answering questions, upgrading my design and making sure everything looks good before it prints is worth every last penny. Trust me, I have shopped around, and I am unable to find any place even close to CustomInk. I will be back for more!
