I have been wanting to visit this place for almost a year, since I found them on the internet. I finally got the chance to visit while in the area for an event. Craig the owner, was the best, we geeked out on bitters. Love chatting with people that are weird like me and live bitters. They carry their brand Crude and many others across the US. We got a tour and got to sample bitters to purchase. They even do bitters classes, I will need to come back for those in the near future. They also sell cocktail supplies. They have a small parking lot, but they are next to Burial Beer and there is street parking and a paid parking lot across the street. Go get you some bitter love at the Bittery, cheers!

The selection of equipment is excellent; the staff are knowledgeable and helpful; and the quality of the in-house bitters is outstanding. I highly recommend stopping by.

Took a bitters class here, learned some useful things, and got a good chance to experiment with the bitters in actual drinks.Highly recommend the classes, the shop also seems to have everything you could need for a home bar, including tiki glasses that I didn't realize I needed to get.

First and best bitters in NC! The shop sells multiple brands of bitters as well as bar tools for any of your cocktail needs. Craig and Lindsay are incredible people and are always hospitable. Tester bottles are available so you know what you are buying. Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you’re in Raleigh and want to improve your cocktail game you’re gonna want to stop in here. Several bitters of various flavors from the house brand are available to test as well as dozens from other brands. It doesn’t matter what your favorite cocktail is you’re going to find something here to elevate it or tweak its flavor profile. They also carry a selection of cocktail syrups, mixers, and bar supplies.

Amazing selection of bitters! Some great flavors that you would never think of as well. Plus other bartending musts. Really hard to find orgeat anywhere, but they have it!

Needed a mixing syrup, and they had better prices and higher quality items than anywhere I found online. Also a wonderful assortment of barware. Friendly employee who answered my questions clearly and knowledgably.Making this my go-to store for cocktail accessories!

We absolutely loved visiting the Bittery! The owners really know their bitters and helped us select the best concoctions to up our cocktail game. Who knew different bitters could make your drink so much better. The Fig and Orange and the Hibiscus, Lavender, and Oak by Crude Bitters are amazing in our favorite Manhattan drinks. Can't miss the cute pink building. Looking forward to taking a cocktail class.
