I’ve been taking my fur baby here for grooming for about 6 months. Leanna does such a fantastic job with him. He’s a nervous guy but she’s so good with him and his anxious behavior. He always looks so cute too! I won’t bring him anywhere else.

Differences between the office staff and I on scheduling, and my decision to ultimately choose a more timely vet following a serious injury, led to them deciding my girl, Lilo, could no longer work with the groomer. The groomer seemingly had no issues with me, based on direct communication, and it’s disheartening to hear that as adults (and professionals) they are unable to separate one situation from another. Specifically during such a high stress time for Lilo and I. It is also worth noting that transferring out of them is not easy, as most vets have a hard time identifying visits/shots amongst their handwritten notes.
I went here based on recommendation and, while it was seemingly never 100% smooth, I never had a complaint until the past year when issues with the front desk (scheduling, refilling monthly prescriptions, etc) became more consistent than not.
Surely I played a part in the tension, I just would assume (and have experienced elsewhere) more patience would be applied on the professionals end during the high stress time of a CCL tear. It also feels unfair to start Lilo with a new groomer during such a traumatic time for her.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Davis. Our shih-tzu has had a lot of issues over the past couple years and she's been our go-to vet. She's always going above and beyond to help us figure out what's going on. From late night calls, to contacting various specialists, we can't thank Dr. Davis enough. She genuinely cares about our dog so much and we can always tell how excited she is to share good news with us. We moved away from Cary and still make the commute to see Dr. Davis. Thank you so much Dr. Davis and Crossroads Vet!

The folks here are very attentive and friendly. I brought my dog in for her yearly boosters and to get on a proper flea and tick preventative. They were all friendly and both me and my dog had a good time.

I've been taking my dogs here for years. Love the techs and certs, especially Drs. Albright and Pease. They're wonderful with the elderly fur babies. Honest and straightforward answers to questions and concerns. Still the best vets around.

My young pup developed an infected ear. They were very gentle and kind with him. He was diagnosed and treated before we left. He had relief by the time we arrived home. Five days later he's doing great.

I selected this vet clinic after visiting several in the triangle area. I with they were the first one I tried, because of how awesome they have been. It is incredible the work that they do here. I have a kitty with multiple illnesses, and Dr. Davis consistently communicates with me via email (even outside working hours) to provide me guidance on what I should do. She has spent so much time trying to help me get my kitties blood sugar regulated, and I could not be more grateful. Her knowledge and dedication to the practice has helped us along the stressful path of chronic management of a kitty disease. I could not have asked for a better Vet. Please choose this hospital if you're looking to find a competent clinic. Trust me, I sifted through a lot of clinics with staff who came off as uncompassionate (perhaps burnt out) or with a general "get them out of the office" mentality, so you will be thankful to have selected this one. They really take the time and care about your pet.
