I was having an issue with my phone, it would not work (network issues). The employee was wonderful. He sat with me to troubleshoot and called the service number. He fixed the issue for me. HIGHLY recommend this location.

Tevon Has been the best person I've ever helped me in buying a phone and servicing a phone and anything at any store and I wanted to let the superiors know just how good he is he's an asset to your company I just want to thank you very much for having Tevon work at that store.

Te-Van the manager was very nice patient with my 81 year old mother . He took the time to explain the android and its functions , he was very personable . Great experience. I would love to visit that store again ! Wish it was in my area . Kudos to the store ! And management !!

The staff absolutely lied to my daughter about how much the service would cost. Once we found out we tried to cancel and take the phone to another carrier. We were told that, despite having paid for 6 months of service, we were 8 days short of being able to have our phone unlocked. All we would have to do was wait a week and the phone would be unlocked and the number transferred to the new carrier.This was also a lie.Now we've paid the new carrier over $100 that can't be refunded because Cricket lied to us.Either this company is shady, or they're inept. They certainly aren't the cheapest phone line so there's no excuse that their customer service should be so terrible. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.
