The man who helped me is tall, half-fat with glasses... he is a racist and rude person, he got angry because he was asked questions and answered very arrogantly, I would never recommend this place, they don't know customer service...

Cricket store at 1721 new hope church road Raleigh.They sold me a used phone as a new phone ..their phone had a previous customer name... Please don't go they sell used phones.

My experience has been terrible, I do not recommend this store, they sold me a Samsum phone in February used like new, with an LG cable inside the box. Also the following month on my payment invoice I paid $100 more than my invoice. My experience is horrible.
