Had to take my 13 y.o. pup in today for an exam. My pup was coughing a lot and had several concerning growths on him. Dr. Jordan took his time examining my boy and diagnosed him quickly. Dr. Jordan is so kind, caring & extremely compassionate and his staff are nothing shy of amazing! Everyone was extremely kind, polite and you can tell that they love what they do. Definitely HIGHLY recommend this vet for anyone in the surrounding area!!

I love it here. It’s obviously my giant oaf is safe and is given great, loving care, and everyone here is wonderful. I drive from Durham for the quality of care they provide to my dog and to me.

Took Cooper our 8 yr old Yorkie in for ACL repair. Whole staff was great, surgical repair was fine, recuperating has been perfect, Cooper never showed any sign of pain after the surgery and is just about back 100%. We would highly recommend Dr Jordan and staff, very concerned about our pets well being and knew exactly what to do to fix him. Very fortunate we found such a great and caring veterinarian office. Much appreciated

The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming and they got me in and out super quick! My dog is very nervous around new people and places but they were super understanding and made sure to make her feel comfortable!
10/10 will be back!

I will never go to another vet again! I never question about the amazing level of care my dogs will get under the care of Dr. Francis and Dr. Jordan. Text communication, always friendly, and never feel rushed or pressured to do things I don't want to. They care for my dogs the same amount I do.
One dog had CCL surgery and had best communication before, during and after (very comforting). In addition, my dog has had tremendous improvements, post PT directions are great and he's not even two weeks post op.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Their prices are very reasonable for the area, especially considering they are a local place and give your animals that level of personal attention. It’s evident they always want what’s best for my dogs and they are so patient with them. Definitely recommend!!

Creedmoor Animal Hospital is one of the best vets in town. The staff is amazing and Dr Francis is an excellent doctor. They really care about the wellbeing of our pets. I couldn’t be more happier. And their rates are very affordable. They really try to work with you. I only have great things to say about this place. I wish they would offer a day care or boarding. Thank you so much for everything. Nick Fraga.

It has been brought to my attention that Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital has recently hired Brianna Rose Brookins for a managerial role. I understand and appreciate the commitment your organization holds toward maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, and community trust. Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital is renowned for its dedication to providing exceptional care for animals and fostering a positive, trustworthy relationship with clients and the community. Upholding these values is crucial, especially for those in leadership positions who set an example for others within the organization. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention some serious concerns regarding this hiring decision. It has come to light that Brianna Brookins engages in daily marijuana use, which is illegal in the state of North Carolina. This behavior not only violates state laws but also raises significant questions about her judgment, reliability, and ability to fulfill a managerial role responsibly. Furthermore, although Brianna's current social media account under the username "breexybby_" does not feature any incriminating content, she has previously posted numerous videos and pictures that openly depict her engaging in smoking marijuana. I have attached these videos and pictures for your review. This public display of illegal conduct can severely damage the reputation of Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital and undermine the trust that clients and the community place in your services. Additionally, Brianna has a concerning history with her previous employers. She began employment at Duke Hospital in December and at WakeMed in March. At both institutions, investigations were opened regarding her conduct of falsifying drug test. These incidents raise further doubts about her suitability for a managerial role, where integrity and trustworthiness are paramount. As a manager, Brianna would be expected to set a positive example for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other staff members. Her involvement in illegal activities, combined with her history of dishonest behavior, is not aligned with the ethical standards and values that Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital stands for. Her actions not only conflict with the values of your organization but also undermine her ability to serve as a role model for those she will be in charge of, potentially impacting their performance and the overall work environment. Given these serious concerns, I urge you to thoroughly investigate this matter and reconsider the hiring of Brianna Brookins. Ensuring that your team members uphold the highest ethical standards is essential for maintaining the credibility and integrity of your institution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am confident that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns appropriately.

The communication at this vet was absolutely terrible. I recently was told by a boarding facility my dog needed an influenza shot. I have never heard of this shot. I made an appointment to get the shot done and was told that I would have to come back in 4 weeks to get a booster. I was given a date of the 7/17. No where did it say I had to come back before the 17th and I was not told that either. I assumed I had to come back after the 17th and when I called to place the appointment on the 24th they told me it was too late. When checking out at the first appointment they never said let’s schedule you for the booster appointment or recommend I schedule it telling me there was a date I had to come in before. Dog vaccines expire all the time and I always wait to get them done. If I knew there was a deadline I would have came in before. Just really frustrating because I wasted money and if I want my dog to have the shot I have to pay for it again. All the receptionist told me was they sent reminder emails but the emails went to my spam and I never received them.
