“I have been a member of SECU since 2012. I have gotten personal loans/vehicle loans, and I even have a Credit Card with SECU and NEVER had an issue with paying them. I try to get a small loan yearly in order to boost my credit score and strengthen my payment history with credit union with the hopes reflect a good payment relationship for when I buy a home with them. As I am in progress of trying to renew a loan the branch manager explains to me that I could get an OPEN line of credit instead of making hard inquiries on my credit report every year. I was so ecstatic because NO one has ever explained to me that, that was even an option with SECU. That right there is how you help your customers and honestly, I hope all their employees hop on speaking to their customers who are coming in to get the loans, we trust that you all know how to help us and what we should do in the loan aspect of it. The Branch Manager explained to me how all the loans with credit union work. I am really thankful that someone took a moment and explained that to me because he did not have to. In addition, he was nice, diligent and thorough. Thanks!”
“I had a phenomenal customer service experience this afternoon with NFCU representative Mercedes, who went above and beyond to ensure all three of my requests were handled quickly, professionally, and with incredible kindness. Mercedes clearly knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable and well cared for while she printed and explained my auto loan pre-approval paperwork, obtained and notarized my auto loan lien release, and reset my NFCU account password so I can once again log into my online dashboard. I am sincerely grateful for my interaction with Mercedes today and think she is a perfect representative for the organization!”

“My wife and I are members of SECU. We needed a notary but we couldn't get there on time and other places in Cary charge for a notary. Efren made the process very easy and was able to complete the notary for a title for a vehicle I was selling. Efren went out of his way to meet with me after hours and complete the notary for free. Service like this cannot be found anywhere else.”
“This is about EasyCertificate. You can close early, it is not easy to find out how online. However, you either send them a message online/in-app or go to branch. I will attach the instructions soon. This branch is pretty busy most times though, especially the 11:00-1:00 rush.”
