Whined there is another brunch a free blocked away, I feel the service is MUCH better here. While on general, I am a SECU fan, some branches are kicking in the C/S department. “I want to give a shout out to Amanda Bos. It's because of her that I finally got my grandson bank account established. She knew exactly what I needed. She wasn't guessing through the process and this time it was seamless. My reason for giving her a shout out is because I had been to three different credit unions and they all gave me the runaround. The branch on Blue Ridge told me they needed his Birth Certificate, mind you I had been there previously and I was told all I needed was the letter from Social Security. It's a long story too many details, but just know that Amanda Bos on Town Center drive got it taken care of.”

“My wife and I are members of SECU. We needed a notary but we couldn't get there on time and other places in Cary charge for a notary. Efren made the process very easy and was able to complete the notary for a title for a vehicle I was selling. Efren went out of his way to meet with me after hours and complete the notary for free. Service like this cannot be found anywhere else.”
“All of my interactions with staff at this branch have been amazing!! And even the ATM is convenient. Back in Oct/Nov I was interested in getting information on a SECU HELOC. I called intially to find out how to make an appointment in the person I spoke with was extremely friendly and got me on the calendar in a few minutes. I met with Billy Utter (Mortgage Loan Specialist) in November and he put me at ease about the entire process, he spent time explaining what was necessary, and then after I left and realized I had a few other questions he quickly responded to my follow-up emails.
I waited until February when I was sure I wanted to move forward, and reached out to Billy again via email and the process was so easy and moved so quickly. I officially applied in March was approved and within two and a half weeks I was able to close on my HELOC. I've honestly been shocked at how convenient and non-stressful this was, and it's all due to the staff I was able to work with. Billy was absolutely amazing! And I now have a great weight off of my shoulders relating to finances. Thank you sooooo soooo much!! Highly recommend!”
“It took time, but I still had a great service experience with Tiarra from the Hilburn branch. When I walked in she was at the Customer Service desk but little did I know she was trying to multi task by helping out where she could. Very patient, friendly and helpful.
