He replaced my Movado watch's battery and 1 hour later I came back and told him my watch was not working. He said my watch needed to be cleaned and he charged me $25 more. It was already getting late so l didn't have time to check my watch after he cleaned it, but later I realized he basically band-aid my watch, putting clear tape on my watch to keep the bottom cover from falling off, an issue I didn't have prior. I would advise against bringing any expensive watch here to get serviced.

Bought a pathetic tennis chain for it to break the first time wearing it and the man had the nerve to say I just shouldn’t wear this kind of jewelry. No refund or exchange even though it was within the first 5 days. Terrible service, terrible jewelry and all a scam

Good attention shown to the customer they tax a bit but its the same as buying your jewley off bayam or from anywhere else that says their jewelry is acaffordable. Price for the gram weight it isnt too bad giving the look your getting.

Terrible quality jewelry. I purchased a silver chain here and the clasp broke on it as I was putting it on the first time. Never even got to wear it. Also, when purchasing, I asked the guy behind the counter if it was sterling silver and he said yes; however, when I got it home I looked closer and there was no 925 sterling silver stamp on the necklace. Poor quality jewelry and they are liars, would not recommend. There is a reason this place does not give refunds, they know the jewelry they are selling is garbage. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying anything from them.

Stay away from this place !!! It’s the worst quality of jewelry!! Crabtree valley mall people !! Please close this location they are ripping your consumers off with their bad quality jewelry and then the so called repair man charges about the same amount of the high priced cheap jewelry to fix it !! I’m so upset that I paid $250.00 for a necklace and under 2 months the clip that holds it together broke then the entire necklace broke again after paying to have just got it repaired for 40 dollars of a clip to the main piece popping and he wanted $75 dollars and couldn’t guarantee it was going to fixed properly!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION PLEASE !!THOSE MEN DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND PRODUCTS !!!

Very out of touch “jeweler” who relies on fake discounts to rip off customers. Almost nothing in the case is in style, most of it is fake, and ALL of it is a massive ripoff.I mean, come on, massive silver herringbones? Even in the 80s nobody wanted a silver herringbone.

Got a necklace clamp replace for 85 dollars and within a week it broke took it back and the man said i would have to pay 50 dollars to get it changed again… necklace shouldn’t have broke within getting it fixed.

3/6/21 my husband purchased a necklace from this store. I really liked the necklace so we came back the next day and I purchased another one from this store. After wearing the necklace for a few days I notice I had a allergic reaction to it or something because my neck started itching like crazy and it looked as if the necklace had changed colors. From sliver to blackish/goldish colors. When we tried to return the necklace 4/3/21 the guy was very rude & stated that he could clean the necklace but it was passed the 5 day mark to exchange and they don’t do refunds. Which we had no clue that there was even a 5 day policy. I even asked if could just exchange both necklaces & get something for my two children... because they’re young & of course aren’t too responsible with real jewelry. The guy kept saying he’s been here for 20 plus years & his jewelry isn’t fake. Even told him I understood that but it doesn’t change what happen, even showed them my neck & still the lady just looked at us. Finally after no compromises from the guy we walked away.

I loved this place! The man that worked there is very reasonable and does a great job with repairing jewelry, all of his gold is good quality and I would highly recommend spending your money here instead of Zales or Kay Jewelers where they tax like there’s no tomorrow. The employees are very helpful as well.
