Nothing wrong with the food.
This is regarding the high sales tax they charge compared to the same food court item purchased at Sams Club.
Costco: 8.25%
Sams Club: 2%

Amazing price for the food, nearly everything is great. Pizza, amazing. Soft-serve great. Hotdogs super cheap and fantastic.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible tables and space.

Loaded with Food Court Fleas and their shopping cars. Makes it almost imposible to get your order.Don't you daate to say excuse me...Feareal children touching other people's food... that wheere I draw the line. They need a sign with the numbers that they are calling.

The food is good. They never have sauerkraut or Dijon mustard and rarely do they have onions for the hotdogs. This stop during Covid, And never restarted. This is a poor excuse for cutting back to save money. Shame on you Costco!
Parking: Parking lot is clean well striped and decent size spaces. But it’s very hard to find one.

I have been shopping in this Costco since February and since then the ice machine is been broken, I don't understand this place is packed everyday specially weekends and they can fix the ice machines!?!

We came here to get gas before our trip back home. We didn't go in, so this review is just for ease in getting gas. I have nothing negative to say about this Costco. But then again, I never have an issue with Costco.

We stopped by the Costco located in Raleigh North Carolina. This is a fantastic store.We were there to pick up some things for Christmas dinner. They have a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. The store is clean and well stocked. It was busy today but the staff kept the lines moving so it didn't take too long to get checked out.

In the evening of November 26th Guillermo, Jolisa, and the rest of the crew worked their butts off right before they closed. They stayed very professional and courteous to impatient customers and spoke to everyone with dignity and respect despite the stressful last minute rush. Having worked at Starbucks for 6 years I know how hard it is to juggle all your responsibilities and stay calm with customers who see food service workers as employees who are at their mercy rather than people. I was very impressed with the team's hard work and communication with each other, as well as customers. My chicken bakes were also cooked to perfection.

Bought hearing aids less than 6 months ago. Started having problems over time and lately unwearable. I called and spoke with Jamie at the hearing aid department. My understanding is I had six months to return warranty. Jamie told me today was my last day to return for refund which initially surprised me. Then she said I couldn't return it without appointment and the following week was the soonest. I asked what I can do and she said I will talk with a specialist and get back to me. I know a brush off when it happens so I decided to take them back since today was the last day. At the store I was put in a waiting status so I looked up my financial statements and I found I had 10 more days left to return them. After hanging out for 30 minutes they started paperwork. I then told Jamie her information was incorrect because I had 10 days left and had I known I would have scheduled a return date. I looked her straight in the eyes and said that she made a mistake. She refused to admit the mistake and I kept telling her she needs to take responsibility for the mistake. She refused after I asked several times and I explained to her manager I wasn't letting her get away with it. If she admitted she made a mistake then she would have to apologize to me for her mistake and causing me to rush to the store, anticipating a problem situation. It did feel like a big hustle to me but they eventually did the right thing. I'm thinking about writing a letter to Charlie Munger their biggest investor. Has them on a pedestal and billions invested. Jamie was the bigger problem and that's why I gave a 2 star rating

We all know the food is good and cheap. The service is good for the volume of customers but they're clearly overwhelmed. The atmosphere is chaotic; best to get your food and leave.
