The staff here needs customer service training. I walked in and one lady just starred at me without speaking. When I asked for assistance, they made it seem as if I was a bother. They had the exact product I was looking for but because of how I treated, I left and purchased from a "mom and pop" beauty supply store. I hope all COSMOPROF stores aren't this way..
