I'm pretty surprised to read all of the negative reviews because I've had nothing but positive experiences with CESI. I've been working with them since 2018 and I never thought Id see myself out of credit card debt. Before CESI, I had called a couple of other credit relief companies but none of them worked with Discover and that was the card that was eating me alive in monthly interest. Through CESI the interest rates on my cards were lowered to below 8% which made paying off my debt manageable. A card that 5 years ago had a $12k balance will be paid off next month. Customer service has always been so helpful and friendly. They offer a lot of financial education and resources so that you can learn and understand finances and remain debt free. I've never felt any judgment from the representatives I've spoken to which made me want to reach out to them anytime I had questionsI'm writing this review to say, if you're serious about getting out of debt, give them a call. They may be the company you've been looking for. They have been a huge help to me.

I would like to thank Consumer Education solutions (CESI) for helping me set up my goal of paying off my credit cards. I believe I had 10 cards maxed out when I first began the program. I was scared to not have an emergency card that I could use. And when I saw the monthly payment I would make over the next 4 1/2 years I was terrified that I couldn’t do it. I had to live on what was leftover but I made a few cuts in things that I didn’t need. CESI was able to decrease high interest rates on my cards to much lower rates and when I could I would make an extra payment or partial payment to a card or 2. Now I have finished the program and I am so happy!! I was advised by one of the CESI representatives to have one card for emergencies and to have a low limit on it and to always get it paid off as soon as possible. My card will be kept in my safe deposit box. It was scary and at times I felt like I couldn’t do it but I have. I realized what I can and cannot live without.I want to thank every person that I spoke to from CESI. There was not one time that I called that I heard a person in a bad mood or having a bad day. And I know we all have days like this. The customer service has been great. They will also help with working on house payments but so far I haven’t had to take advantage of that but I know it is available if ever needed. I will keep their number in my contacts and know that I can call back anytime. I feel free and I hope never to be in such a situation again. I have told friends about them. Credit counseling is always listed on your credit card bills so if you need it call them.I owed over $30,000+ and now I don’t. You never know when things are going to come up but I hope to never be in this situation again. I would have paid for the rest of my life the minimum payments I had to make but with CESi 4 1/2 years and I was done. I did make sacrifices but it helped me to learn what I truly did need and did not need.Thank you CESI! I appreciate all you have done!

Have used CESI a couple times to pay off debt. Everything went smooth until now. The app's links don't work when I try and the "drag numbers into order" that you need to do to reset your password doesn't work. It's literally an image, you can't drag the numbers. Hoping that gets fixed soon, since that's the case in the app and website.

I had a great experience with this company. Through their services, I was able to pay off an account much sooner, and eliminate hundreds of dollars in interest that a credit company was charging on the account. Additionally, the customer service I received was prompt and courteous.

Did a great job in getting me set up to pay off my debts. Happy with that part. But if you have questions afterward, good luck getting through to them. They never answer the phone.

RUN TO ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! Constantly having issues and customer service is abysmal. They constantly mess up my payments and have no sympathy for how it affects the lives of their customers. The staff can’t fix any issues and they claim supervisors will call back but they never do.

They sure don't care to answer the phone to you. Wanted to cancel because of the reviews and no answers. They told me you make the payments They don't take them out and woke up to 77$ missing. It's a joke
