Today I took my dog to see Dr.Conley. From scheduling the appointment initially , being greeted by the assistant , having my wellness visit with Dr. Conley , I truly had an awesome visit . You can tell the passion behind everyone who works here . I really love my new vet home for my pups . I highly recommend this practice for your veterinarian needs . ?

My two rescue dogs are scared of about everything except Complete Care. As soon as I pull into the parking lot, there is complete joy! This time my shy male (Homer, who is an abuse victim) bolted from the car to their door. So let Homer say, 5 stars, I wanna wag my tail, and Mom. when can we go again?

Dr. Connely (unsure on spelling) went above and beyond- helping me jump start my car and helping me like a father would help a daughter. I was crying when I went inside to ask for help and no one judged me and everyone was so helpful and from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You all go above and beyond for your clients and we see it! I couldn't trust anyone more with my babies- and apparently, myself!

I continue to be impressed with this office. The staff is upbeat, efficient, and professional. I have had my pets (both dogs and cats) seen by all the doctors in the practice. They are consistently caring and gentle, regardless of whether the visit is an emergency or merely a yearly exam. I feel fortunate to have such a fine veterinary office close by.

We love the staff at Complete Pet Care! We use them for vet care, and for boarding, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Conley and his staff take such great care of our senior dog, and they have since she was 2 years old. They are very knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer any questions we may have. I highly recommend them!

After using this place for five years I recently left them. High overhead means sky high prices. Revolving door of tons of vet techs- some with bad attitudes, eye rolling as someone else here said and they have gotten VERY pushy about vaccines. I've had three dogs live to 17 with minimal vaxxes and this place started acting like I was a moron. Nail cutting experiences- one vet tech was annoyed that my dog squirmed so much she could only do 3 out of 4 paws and charged me full price. Another tech must have pulled my dog's leg because she was limping thereafter. Always feel rushed off the phone. I really liked Dr Hessler and most of the female vets but not a fan of the techs at all except Fred. Dr Hessler was very compassionate putting my dog to sleep, even sent a card and flowers. Making appointments is fast. Was able to be seen the same day when my dog got mycoplasma. But the cons of this place outweighed the pros for me, unfortunately.

We have always had great and knowledgeable care when we visit weath it’s a check up or other care for all our dogs. Very. Very professional but they treat like family. Also it’s very pleasant nd refreshing if we have to call in to check on something or have a question.
