I saw one or two reviews on here that were recent. I know I HAD been going there for close to 5-10 years. I would say that for the most part when I first started going there I really liked it. It has gone down in the past few years. I thought that Lynn and I had a decent relationship for the most part, I would text her when I needed my nails done. I understand things happen and I had to wait for her before(not even thinking at the time she was taking me for granted) and she knew i really did not want just anyone messing with my nails and I waited patiently.
But this last time a few months ago, I was extremely disappointed in Lynn and they way she was so casual. I called and scheduled for 6pm that next day, I get there and she is just starting on someone else nails and it is a few minutes after 6, like 6:03. After a few minutes, I start tapping my nails and she says she will be with me in about 10 or 15 minutes. Noooooo, that will be at almost 6:25. I asked about how busy she was the next day and she said BUSY....I got up and said I will text you but, no more treating me as though my little money does not matter. THERE ARE PLENTY OF NAIL TECHS IN THIS AREA THAT WILL APPRECIATE MY MONEY! I just have to find someone and I will!

Wow- I guess I can’t act surprise after reading the other reviews. LOOKS LIKE MICHELLE IS KNOWN FOR ARGUING WITH CUSTOMERS AND BEING UNPROFESSIONAL.. I’ll happily take my hard earned money elsewhere before I dare argue with someone who I’m paying for a service with. She needs to retire and do something else. Bc working with ppl ain’t her calling.. super lazy with a nasty attitude!! Must I remind you that CUSTOMERS keep those LIGHTS ON!!! And doors open!!!

not good what so ever. staff is incredibly disrespectful. i was told to not touch my phone as they picked it up and moved it. lightly slapped my hand and told me to be still and no talking to my friend. had to change techs to get my nails done and it still was horrible. not to mention they lied about the price and charged us more at the end because "i didn't like them at first"

Got my nails done on a Monday by Saturday they was popping off … a fresh set. Call them try to see what could be done and on the phone it was come on in we fix for you but when I got there it’s were busy you’ll have to wait but Ricky was free and so was one more … they just had me sitting there like I need them… it’s too many nails techs and shops for the messy mess … I’ll pay and fix it myself but will never go back. Bad business and service. I will be letting all my boutique and ministry ladies know??.

They do great lashes but they will talk shit about you if you blink. but don't get the acrylic nails because they will only last week.

I’ll keep this short and to the point. I had been coming for a while having a pedicure done by Michelle who by the way did a wonderful job…I tried her on doing my nails, color and style beautiful; however, instead of laying a little thicker acrylic it was too thing. Instead of replacing the whole nail because the nail chipped she patched it up..so, I had to return 4 times which included the other nails. I came back without an attitude. However, Michelle argued that I didn’t want to pay and that I didn’t ask for the nails to be thicker and even admitted that her arguing with a customer was unprofessional but still continued to argue…and walked off. So, I asked the one other nail tech that heard the whole argument, if she would repair my nail and she did, and saw what I was referring to. I think Michelle was stressed because we don’t have our nails done must during the winter. I was really hurt that I wanted to cry..but I kept my composure and even though I always paid I was told not pay..I did anyway and I left the nail shop.

Needed a quick fill in & wanted a clean classic French Set.. and Michelle did that! They right by the Walmart, in the same shopping center. Real clean, quick, and very nice shop!

Techs were rushing and messed up my french manicure. Were not willing to fix mistakes they had made. Left polish all over my cuticles and my filling was not complete. Going to a different salon to have this fixed. Definitely my worst experience.
