I love Cloud 9. Alex and Sarah are absolutely amazing and treat me so well every time I come in. They have great products, great recommendations, and know my tastes and preferences and always have what I need. This is the only vape shop I’ll shop at now!

I would like to give a five Star review being this is my favorite store but today I was told sorry but you are ban because apparently I made an employee uncomfortable but I don't even know how I have not been at the store for over a month I would like more explanation for this because everyone that works there knows me I would never mean to make anyone uncomfortable if I did I would like to make a formal apology because it's my favorite store and made so many friends there but if I remain band from the store ok I guess I'll have to go use a different company even though there is no other store better than cloud 9 so if the owner sees this I would like to say I'm sorry idk what I did I never try to make anyone uncomfortable and if the employee who ever you are im sorry if somehow I made you uncomfortable I'm sorry but for anyone that sees this review this stor is amazing even though I'm ban I would still recommend stopping in for all you vape and herbal supplies

No return policy.Out of all the vapor shops in the area this is by far the worst.I needed a new coil and 4 batteries. The salesman examined my mod and rung me up.It was only after we put batteries in that we discovered that the mod was broken. Ok no problem. I asked to return the unopened coil. They told me that the law says they can't accept returns on any tobacco products. Despite other store accepting returns.I asked if I can go ahead and return the batteries. Seeing that I dont need them. Now that my mod is non working.They said that couldn't do that. I couldn't even get store credit for something that was still in the package. And the batteries were never in any wrapping.This is a terrible way to run a business.This place is still terrible

Go into cloud 9 sometimes to a get coil or juice. Lately was low on money and they had a discount section. Everything is 5 dollars. So I got some then the employee that been working there forever told me that they are 15 but usually I get them for 5. Worst vape store rather go to good guys

If you buy something disfunctional don't expect them to help you. I've been going here for years, known every employee and owner that's set foot in the place and the presumptuous cantankerous employee wouldn't even replace a little 3 dollar coil that was faulty out the pack.
