Mark the Sales Associate was fantastic to work with. He listen to what my needs and wants are in a dress shoe. I would highly recommend him to any customer that comes into that particular store. Thank you Mark!

Spent about 15mins in the store. I was never greeted, spoken to or acknowledged. I tried on about 4-5 wall display shoes (that just so happened to be my size), as I took my time to look at the shoes, took my time to try on the shoes I was never acknowledged by any of the 3 employees even though 2 of the 3 made eye contact with me. Honestly, I was hoping to talk to someone about their product as I have never owned any of their products. GOOD THING they have the shoe I'm interested in! BAD THING I can't see myself buying from this store!

The store manager Jeff created the most hostile shopping environment I’ve ever experienced. From embarrassing my mother for needing to try on multiple shoes due to a broken foot, to his complete lack of respect making snarky comments because he thought my mother made a “silly” request. As long as he is employed here, please do NOT visit this store! He will attempt to belittle, disrespect, and make fun of you any way that he can! Only after I loudly called him out for his unacceptable behavior did he offer a pathetic apology.

The quality of the shoes are great, but the service quality is not. Lady helping out needs to have more charisma and personality to work for a brand like Clark’s. She prioritized being on her phone and seemed bothered the moment we needed assistance.

I only bought the boots because I loved them, but if it had been for the service of the person who served me I would leave, he only did the favor of serving me, he was in a very bad mood and was not friendly at all
