Always a great visit, customer service is awesome and never a long wait. Mr Richard cuts my hair as if he was my hair stylist and its hard to find barbers that are good with cutting women's hair

Walked into the shop at 2:37. Was told they close at 3. Only one person in the chair who looked pretty much done, I asked the barber if they took walk-ins and he said yes. There was plenty of time to do one last quick cut but he seemed more preoccupied with losing business than taking care of a potential long term customer.Horrible first impression and service.
