I love Circle K stores.
I am an Assistant Manager for Z gas station so I do how things operate.. I am a member of Circle K instead of my own store. So close and convenient for me whenever I need gas drinks or anything else. I live across the street from all the gas stations off of Glenwood Ave and Durleigh Rd. People always complain about something and go somewhere else to get what you need. Stop complaining. Customers are very rude too

The bathroom was very dirty and stinks very badly. Too bad for this gas station, it looks great but they don't clean the bathrooms.

This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to review a gas station. This is the worst gas station in Raleigh and is an embarrassment to the Circle K brand. I’ve stopped here several times and the store has been closed like today with a note on the door saying back in 15 minutes. One time the store was closed because the attendant was in the bathroom for 15 minutes. Another time I went and my credit card kept getting declined; I walked inside and asked what the deal was only to be told they couldn’t take credit cards. If that’s the case, post a sign! Today the store was closed and the receipt would not print. I won’t be returning to this location based on their history of issues.

I prefer the Family Fare across the street, to be honest, because the atmosphere is so, so much better. No qualms here, though, I pop in on occasion to use the ATM or if it's really late.I did have one weird experience when the cashier was talking on the phone with her friend the entire time I browsed and while checking me out, but it was also midnight and I just wanted a Coke, so it didn't really bother me.

Their hours of operation have been reduced heavily since 2020, and you literally never know if it’s open or not without going up there, despite it being listed on Google and other sites as 24/7 still. So deceptive.

Idk who is working the register on the morning of 1/5/23 around 7:30am but that girl seems to have a horrible attitude. Does working at a gas station make her angry? Hire people who have half decent customer service skills please if they’re going to be literally working with the public.

I got 3 items off the shelf yesterday. Beer and Red Bull and a deli sandwich. Literally every one of them was priced higher in the register, which leads me to believe that its a systemic thing and that they intentionally undermark the price at the point of choice then jack it up at the point of sale.Will be going to an ugly Exxon now instead of these thieves of owners.

this circle K is a little out of my way to go to but im willing to go a little extra to come here. the store is clean and well stocked, the garbage cans by the pumps are cleaned and the trash cans are never overflowing with trash. and the clerk at the front will always tell you about certain deals they have going on like buy one get one free deals and such and is very nice and friendly. i feel valued coming here and these days its nice to feel that once in a while.

Ty is the best team lead Circle K has to offer. He's a young lad with hopes and dreams dealing with late night and some of the most unruly customers. I tip my hat to you good sir and only wish you the best in your future endeavors.PS- if you appreciate your employees Ty is definitely over due for a raise, dedication like his comes once in a blue moon
