THE ONLY TIME I HAVE A PROBLEM is when the lady that works third shift.. matter fact she’s at “work” right now doing nothing but locking doors on customers and giving attitude looks through the window ! When the doors are not locked, she’s always having a “problem” with the self checkout or even her own register ! But why when there’s another employee in there everything works perfectly fine ! EVERYTIME SHES ON SHIFT she’s just not doing nothing good for the company itself ! She even comes on her days off to “chill” in the parking lot .. this the worst circle k I’ve ever been to because of her and only her ! She really doesn’t need to be an employee!! ANYWHERE ! She wears black glasses with a black scarf and she smoke cigarettes 24/7 on break off break doesn’t matter ! Whoever worked on shift the night the review was posted it’s her UNACCEPTABLE! I dread seeing her on shift ! I’ll just turn to another store if I see her on shift ! Circle k do better

It doesn't seem right to me that someone who fills their car with gasoline and has to continue traveling and we have to use the bathroom tells us that we can't use the bathroom, that it is only for employees, customers are supposed to have preferences, above all we told them that It was an emergency and he refused to let us use the bathroom ??

The lady at the counter was really rude. You can tell she took enjoyment in knowing that you took offense to her rudeness it’s like a badge for her. I’m praying she has exactly what kind of day she’s looking for with her attitude so people can finally go to the gas station without worrying about someone pissing them off.

Ms V has to be one of the rudest employees I have found. She should not work in customer service. I prepaid for gas, and did not use all the money. I went inside to get my change, Ms V said they have no cash and do not provide change. I asked her how I was supposed to get change from the gas I didn't use. She then started treating very poorly, like I was taking money out of her pocket. She asked if I had a receipt, I told her I just threw it in trash by the pump. She said you need to get it out of the trash can, I said can't you look it up? I just made the purchase. She got really nasty and said I'll try but if not I will be going to dig it out of the trash can. Sorry to Management you have to get a poor review but this was a real experience I had with Ms V

There is a lady that works 3rd there.she is very rude and will tell you that you are wasting her time. She will not help you with anything. She will leave you sitting there at the checkout while she is outside smoking her cigarette. She says when I finish I will be in. She will not get off her cell phone while she is working. Just don't go to this store. The customers are just as rude as she is.

Every time I come to this location and I wanna pizza something they always make it and do it gladly the ladies that’s in here I really nice the new manager. She’s really cool she actually take time and talk to the customers. I’ve always received excellent service at this location, just want to give them a shout to let you know they are truly appreciate it

There was an issue with a person who was not a paying customer. When I went into the store the manager Ms Courtney immediately knew something was wrong. She stepped in and handled the situation.Thank you Courtney for caring about your customers!!!!
