Beautiful dresses in the store but the older lady (who also appears to be the owner) who helped me has poor customer service and was rude to me throughout the entire appointment. From the beginning, she was snarky, and rolled her eyes when having to help me. She made me feel bad for not knowing my formal dress size and I told her it was my first time shopping for one. She seemed both annoyed with me and how the dresses fit on me because of how I am shaped. I was both nice and kind to her throughout the appointment and was not met with the same respect. I watched her other interactions with other customers in the store and she treated them nicely but treated me poorly because of her preconceived notions. I found a dress that I loved but I would not dare spend my money here. I made a comment about how the dress was a little bit over my budget, but I told her I loved the dress and was willing to spend it. From there, she walked away, made a snarky remark about how she wouldn’t offer discounts. It was both rude and judgmental. @ Chique Prom, please be aware of how you make your customers feel. Her attitude talked her out of a large sale. To anyone else who shops here; please be aware of this woman’s attitude.

The website is inaccurate, the store does not sell many of the designers they advertise. There are no Mother of the Bride dresses and no assistance in the store even with an appointment. I chose 15 dresses from the website, booked an appointment and traveled 2.5 miles after speaking to a person on the phone. It was a waste of time. I was told they had none of the dresses and I could go through the racks to find something.
