My baby went 9 hours without eating Noone notified me.The teacher told me at the end of the day like it was no big deal but it was because my child is only 3months so that was her first and last day I didn't receive notice that she hadn't ate but I did receive my first bill for 360 weekly which I didn't pay because she only went one day .

Sadly, this was not the gem of a daycare that we had hoped for.The director is cold and unwelcoming. The assistant director was very friendly. We pulled our child out after 3 days.Best of luck out there.

this facility does not have adequate staffing to operate but offer openings without enough staffing telling parents the class is full

Two stars is generous. My kids have been to multiple daycare, but this one was the WORST.They moved my baby from the infant side without my knowledge (did not inform me at ALL) so brought her as I normally did. Bundled in blankets (winter time) .I get there in the afternoon to pick her up, and she's outside SHIVERING with no coat or shoes on.Now, she's not even 1, at this time, but she was so advanced. Then they said it was my fault because I wasn't prepared.I let them know if they had informed me they were moving her to the 1 year old side, obviously I would have brought her with a coat and shoes, but as the infant didn't go outside(and that's where I dropped her off that morning, she didn't need it. If they had informed me they were moving her, I would've brought her in with shoes. It was 30 degrees that day and my baby was 9 months. Then rheywanna chuckled cause I was lived. This is JUST ONE of the many terrible stories I have. Protect your babies, find care elsewhere

We did not end up enrolling here due to the waitlist, but 4 stars for the tour, kindness and cleanliness! I was very impressed with the school and Erica was extremely helpful. The prek classroom was squeaky clean!

My 1st experience with a daycare was horrible. We switched to Childcare Network #61and it was heaven sent. My toddlers felt comfortable. The staff are very attentive and caring. Staff knows the name of every child. Due to changing jobs and moving getting there is a longer commute but I do it because my kids love it and they feel loved there.

My child's first day is today. So far the staff has been very friendly and helpful. They make the enrollment process very easy. I like the facility and the curriculum for my 4 year old is on track with her needs. I will write an updated review in a few months about my experience overall. We are excited about the new start!

I love how passionate the teachers are about their job. All of the teachers know my child by name whether she is in their class and that is one of the most impressive things to me about this daycare. It has definitely made the transitions between classes so much easier as my daughter already has a relationship with the teachers prior to moving up.

I have been an educator for the last twenty years and the last time I was this impressed with a school was about eighteen years ago. The childcare network on Western blvd is one of the most superb schools I have been in, in a very long time. Starting with the caring and patient school teachers, to the front desk and additional personnel, the school radiates excellence.I believe that the director always sets the tone for a school and Ms. Wanda is by far one of the most qualified, inspirational and dedicated administrators I have ever met. Her vision, and constant pusuit of excellence is so satisfying in a time when so many do not care. Her commitment to incorporating science, math, history and nutrition make this school a place that not only educates the whole child but embraces the very core of their curiosity and the children to blossom in ways that so many schools do not.I have been in many school settings and have been in some of the top pre schools in the country. As a developmental therapist I get to travel to schools all over the triangle area. This daycare is run and looks like a high rate private school. From it's curriculum, decor, and over all atmosphere. This school embodies and is what every school in the U.S. should look, feel and run like.I would highly recommend this school and if I had small children again (which my daughters are now in college) I would place them in this school without hesitation!

My kids have been going here for over 2 years now an they love this school. I enjoy that my kids are safe an happy. I love that they grow there own food. Even down to the babies where they keep the floor so clean that I have to wear booties in your feet so the babies are free to play as much as they want. I just love this school an all my kids will go here till there all in school.

My son loves this school! We moved from VA last year and my son has excelled! He is very shy but this center opened him right on up. When you move to a new area and do not have any family in the state you're hesitant about where your children go to school but I can say I never have to worry when I drop my son off at Childcare Network. My son went to kindergarten open house 1/12/16 and was able to do ALL the letter puzzles. Him and his classmate that also goes to Childcare Network# 61 were the ONLY 2 children that got all the puzzles right! Mr. James & Ms. Stephanie are the best! They teach these children so well and treat them like they are their own. My son is kindergarten ready thanks to the help of Childcare Network# 61 teachers. Way to go Mr. James and Ms.Stephanie!!

Our experience in the first infant classroom has been wonderful. Miss Kathy and Miss Emmie are friendly, so helpful, and my child loves them. Her face lights up when she sees them each morning -- we love seeing that.
