Was told by a young short African-American banker that the BANK DOESN’T HAVE TIME to see me today until the end of the week.Glad it happened at the initial stage so I could put my money into a bank that values business and customers.Never going Chase.

I love chase bank but this is the only bank where if I deposit a check in person or online I have to wait one to two business days to get my money. It’s extremely inconvenient for me. Outside of that the benefits and customer service is nice.

Wish I could give this Chase Branch more than 5 stars. Absolutely love the staff here, always polite, friendly, respectful as well as always goes out of their way not only for the members but also non members. I've had to come here a couple of times and they always help me to the best of their ability. I highly recommend this branch and then some, and do plan opening an account with them as soon as I'm available to.

The staff was super friendly and were ready to help with anything I needed. I've been a Chase customer for more than 15 years and I wouldn't use any other bank. I love Chase!!

Branch opened a week ago. Was expecting warm welcome and quick service. Waited 2 hours before being called in to open NEW account.
