The best customer service I’ve ever had from a shoe store! My girlfriend and I were shopping for shoes for her and as we were waiting for her shoes to be brought to try on, we were asked by 5 different persons if we were good and if we were helped.The gentleman who helped us even walked to their sister store Footlocker to get the shoe size that my girlfriend needed. Shout out to the staff at Champs Crabtree Valley Mall!

Walked in and was greeted by Giana she was very nice and welcoming. Had a few laughs about the Ugg boots I definitely appreciated her sense of humor. I saw a pair of Timberland boots and she assisted me right away. I met Adam at the register and he was welcoming as well he even took time to order me a pair of shoes that I wanted. Thank ya’ll so much.

One of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. Walked in the store, looked at the shoes and grabbed one. I said, “do you have one of these in 10 1/2”? He said no without even looking at the shoe. We felt as if we were discriminated against and I will never ever go back to one of these stores. I don’t know if we looked funny or out of place or just what…… Thank your employee that works at the Crabtree mall who thought it was funny he was rude to us. As we left he was telling his co worker how he treated us. Maybe me and my 12 year old son looked funny. ? All we did was want a pair of shoes and we were in the position to buy them.

Romeo immediately greeted me and was beyond helpful on my initial visit, even though the store was super packed. Adam was very gracious and quick at check out.Returned the next day needing to exchange for a 1/2 size up and was freaking out Bc I never got the email receipt but thankfully Adam remembered me and was swift with the exchange process.As someone who suffers from high social anxiety, I was in and out in less than 10 mins each time and that means so much to a person like me.
