I have been a customer for many years … home, auto. Chad Richards and his team are excellent. Someone knowledgeable and professional always answers the phone and assists with your needs. Additionally, I have an outstanding relationship with Patty Gardner, my financial planner. It is a pleasure to work with Patty. She always has my financial interests and success in mind. I highly recommend Chad Richards, State Farm Insurance.

I've had my insurance with Chad for close to 20 years and have always had wonderful service. I had the pleasure of both speaking with and emailing with Kerry today. She was extremely prompt in her response, thorough in her assistance, and had my policy info up before I even so much as gave her my name! Customer service and friendly interactions can be hard to come by these days, but she knocked both out of the park!

Chad Richards' State Farm has consistently been there for me when I've needed them. Whether it was setting up renter's insurance for my mother-in-law or having my windshield(s) replaced due to the nature of my work, they have been available to walk me through the options and deliver results that fit my lifestyle and budget. Most recently, I had to the pleasure of dealing with Kerry Smith at their office about some changes in hazard insurance my mortgage lender required. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and prompt in coming up with various options for me to consider before finally taking care of the issue with my mortgage lender. I realize there are a lot of insurance companies and teams to choose from, but the steadfast help I receive from Chad Richards and his team have made me a lifelong customer.

I had the pleasure of speaking to a delightful agent by the name of, Lee, at Chad Richard's State Farm. He was very pleasant and friendly. He thoroughly explained why things were changing within the insurance industry and how it is affecting the customers. He made sure I comprehended and even gave suggestions that he felt would aid my family better. I don't fancy how auto insurance has increased significantly these past couple of years, but it's nice to have someone explain the reasons and help you navigate the best solutions.
Both of Chad's businesses have the most pleasant personnel I enjoy confabulating with. They make sure you are taken cared of and will keep check on you when needed through text, phone, or email. This has been my experience, and my husband and I are elated to have them as our insurance carrier. It's not just about the quality of the company that matters, but also how one is treated.

I can not say enough good things about this State Farm office. Everyone I have ever spoken with has been super knowledgeable, patient in explaining things and they gave literally resolved all of my issues in one call. Today I called and spoke to Kerry, in one short call she had my new car setup and had emailed my new ID cards to me. I know peoples time is more valuable than ever now and this branch gets it. Ana and Kerry are from Chad Richards State Farm are so incredibly helpful and friendly. I got a letter from my mortgage company saying I needed to increase my coverage and they got it taken care of immediately, along with educating me on additional protection I didn't know I needed. Kerry also sent my lender proof of my insurance immediately. The service there is not only above and beyond, but they are a pleasure to speak to and work with.

Let me just say, I had no idea how to go about getting renters insurance and got connected with Brian Blum. Not only did he give me an amazing and affordable quote but he was truly a pleasure to work with. He actually went above and beyond by calling my apartment complex to ensure everything was set up correctly for me! The whole process was incredibly quick, easy and pleasant.
