I had Certified replace our roof, then our siding, and when our enclosed porch needed structural repair and deck needed rebuilding, I had them do those too. They do good quality work, communicated clearly, and on the rare occasions that something isn't quite right, they take care of it. The owner of the business checked in with us on each project to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Excellent experience each time.

So I never thought I could get excited about a new roof, but even our neighbors have complimented the job done by Certified Roofing. Prior to the installation, David (the owner) patiently explained the various options and colors, including pricing. He told us the roof might take a little longer than a day. The crew showed up early on the scheduled morning and worked hard. They were able to finish in one day - albeit a long day for them. They cleaned up afterwards even retrieving a few shingles from trees. (It's amazing where shingles can end up.)The next morning, David arrived unexpectantly to look for any "errant" roofing nails in the driveway. He registered and sent us the warranty right away.About a week after installation, we had a major thunderstorm and noticed a small leak in the attic. The crew was back within 24 hours to repair the leak. Overall, Certified Roofing has been very responsive.Service: Roof installation

***** and his crew helped ** plan out and build a patio extension and covering. It is a wonderful new addition to our home; our new favorite place to hang out! They were easy to work with, clear in communication. We had one minor concern, and they addressed it promptly. I would definitely recommend them, and would hire again if we have any other similar projects.

Excellent workmanship on the installation of my home’s roof shingles, gutters and gutter guards. Their staff arrived early, displayed a strong work ethic, and promptly cleaned up their work area. We were very pleased with the project that Certified Roofing and Siding Specialist LLC completed for us this summer in 2022. The project included the screening in our existing deck, building a new open deck, and building a concrete patio pad. The various subcontractors all did good quality work in a timely fashion. There was always good communication with the subcontractors and the main contractor for the project. The owner of the business was deeply involved with the project and made several visits to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. We used CRSS to build a screened-in porch on the back of our house. We started with just a concrete slab, so we needed the roof extended out in addition to adding screens. We looked at 3 different contractors and ultimately chose this company not only because their bid was reasonable but also because they were incredibly responsive to our inquiries. Also, this was the only contractor who said we didn’t need a new survey—which we didn’t! We were able to use the one that was done when the house was initially purchased, which saved us almost $1,000!Throughout the project, we worked directly with David, the president, and his office manager Crystal. David stopped by all the time to check on the work, which was very reassuring. After a lengthy permit process (thanks, Raleigh!) the enclosure went up quicker than I expected. Whenever David said a team would be onsite, they were: concrete, framing, electrical, roofing, siding, gutters. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and that’s the kind of service you don’t really see much these days. Any time we had a question, we emailed, and David or Crystal got back to us within a few hours. That kind of communication is priceless!We are absolutely thrilled with how our screened enclosure turned out. David was the only contractor who recommended extending our concrete slab, and I’m so glad we did. The porch feels so roomy. And the vaulted ceiling is so grand. The ceiling fan which we picked out and they installed makes the room usable pretty much year-round. Our kitty cats are loving the “almost outside” and we are too. We would not hesitate for a moment to use Certified Roofing and Siding Specialist again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable contractor!

I had Certified Roofing & Siding replace the siding on my house and refurbish my 30 year old deck. They did what they said they were going to do and fixed any problems along the way, They showed up on time, they did quality work, the workers were polite and highly skilled. They cleaned up after themselves and I'm left with what looks like a new house. I highly recommend Certified Roofing and Siding.

Mr. Logue and his team were extremely professional. We set up a meeting with the insurance adjuster and David Logue was there to meet and greet the adjuster. He pointed out things that the adjuster missed and or ignored. His team was on sight at the scheduled time. 2400 square feet of roofing was completed in 1 day. All property was clean after roof was completed. All shrubs and bushes and flowers were covered to protect them from harm. We have 3 dogs and David made the roofing team make extra passes with the magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind to injure our pups. He followed up with us a week later to make sure that there were no issues and to verify that we had indeed received the written warranty on the new roof. We would highly recommend Certified Roofing and Siding Specialist for your next roof repair or replacement. We are 110% satisfied with our new roof and will enjoy it for years to come. I couldn't have asked for it to go more smoothly. They showed up on time. They worked hard when they were here. The quality of their work was great. They fixed any problems that they encountered along the way. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I now have a house that looks brand new from the outside. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The team from Certified Roofing & Siding did a FANTASTIC job. They replaced my old masonite siding with vinyl and refurbished my deck with new rails, stairway, posts and decking planks. They were there when they said they would be. The quality of work couldn't have been better. They were polite and considerate and cleaned everything up when they were done. I recommend that anyone looking to do siding or decking look at Certified Roofing & Siding, you won't be disappointed.
