Unfortunately, the encounter that I experienced with the MANAGER (that's a joke SMH) Kayla was not the most pleasant. Very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND IMMATURE! Being understaffed is not the customers issue, if you didn't want to work, STAY HOME! My experience with her unfortunately wasn't so great and i will definitely make sure upper management is aware of my experience with her!
Luckily, Ms. Vivian was a breath of fresh air! She was very polite and apologetic concerning my experience. She was also very understanding, which makes me believe that she has maybe, just maybe experienced this Kayla chick in action before, and know how her attitude is (just my opinion). Thank you Ms. Vivian for your professionalism and five star customer service! It's people like you that makes it easier to temporarily overlook the ignorance of others. I appreciate you!

I love Cato's they have clothing for evening wear, sports wear, night wear, and leisure wear. And the prices are really good.
