I recently bought a jeep wrangler in December for me to drive the car one day and I have a check engine light. I took it back the same day and they supposedly “fixed” the problem. I drive 2 1/2 hours away just for it to come back on again.. they later informed me that the mechanic put on the WRONG part. So here I am a week into having the car I have to drive 2 1/2 hours back to get the engine light off AGAIN! They put a used o2 sensor on my car to clear the code. Here I am barely 2 months into having the car for my check engine light to be on AGAIN!! This time it’s spitting out more serious codes. It makes no sense for me to spend 17000 on a car for 2 months later I have to spend 1000 more. Just for the owner to tell me that the maintenance is needed. If you buy a car from here I highly suggest you take your own mechanic because these people don’t care they just want your money more than anything. Will never recommend or buy anything else from here again.

I had an exceptional experience here. Ana and Yair both stayed late so I could come check out a vehicle, and when I had a few concerns, they got the ball rolling on fixing them, and we were able to make the deal. Not many places would have that sort of dedication and I am very glad I was able to do business with them. Thanks Ana and Yair!!

Bought a Jeep from here. Owner Justin is an honest man. Very impressed, he guided me to the right choice. Paperwork done and one of his mechanics decided the serpentine belt was 'slighlty' worn. They replaced it !I signed 'no warranty as is purchase'On my way home the Jeep started to over heat I sent Justin a picture of the temperature gauge. He called me apologized and is sending a mechanic to my home to fix the problem (common issue stuck termostat)Now that is fantastic service.10/10 for CarWorx.

Bought a car for my son and in less than a week it started having issues. Wouldn’t start, had to have it towed back to the lot. Picked it up 2 weeks later and the car was leaking oil, it was losing water from the radiator. Had to take it back a second time. This time they replaced the serpentine belt, starter, said they fixed the oil and radiator leaks. In just a short time after that the heat stopped working the suspension was having issues and so I took it to a mechanic friend of mine who told me I need $900 worth of repairs on the suspension alone. The car overheats all of the time and now the heads are warped. I asked him to help me find another car for my son multiple times and have yet to have heard back from him. Now I am having to go buy another car and try and figure out how to recover my loss on this vehicle which currently is undrivable. This car is far beyond a lemon and the warranty doesn’t cover any of this. Save yourself from the hassle and headache.

This is a lemon lot that sales lemons and trash warranties.Purchased a car from there and 2 months later the transmission is out. The warranty that was sold to me will not cover labor or the bulk of the part. This is the used car lot your parents warned you of.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle through Carworx, I had a great experience with them. Justin was nice and professional and we test drove two vehicles (they just were not the right fit for our family).My wife left her reading glasses inside of one of the vehicles, and Justin took the time to call to let us know that he found them.Based on the customer service that I received, I recommend that people check them out. And if I see something else on their lot that may work for my family, I will check them out again!
