Excellent customer service! Great experience! Hopefully I never need a collision center again, but if I do I will be using Carolinas Collision again for sure! My truck looks brand new!

They took my vehicle apart for the insurance estimate. Then proceeded to lose half the screws and bolts. Then misplaced the headlight and inner wheel well cover. How incompetent. Put the hardware in a container. Quit stealing parts.
