I had a great experience with Carolina Auto Body. I scratched my vehicle backing it into the garage. They were able to get me in the very next day and even completed the repair that same day. My car looks good as new and I would use this place again should the need ever arise.

They were suppose to fix my transmission in my car. I was to pay 2k up front and 2k after job was done. I was told job would only take no longer than 2 weeks. I paid 2k up front for deposit and car parts. Two weeks later I called upon schedule and they told me it would be another few days and that I had 2 cars in front of me that needed fixing before mines despite being told it would be done. Another 2 weeks pass no communication or update whats soever. I visit the establishment again with hopes on receiving good news an all I got were more excuses. Fast forward to another month later with no communication from the shop I give them another call and ask to speak with the owner instead he proceeds to tell me it was a hole in the transmission and they have to order a different one. I ask for the vendor # and I never received that information he hung up on me. A couple days later I. received a call saying my car was ready BUT I could not pick it up unless I paid the remainder 2k of my bill in CASH. I made the 1st payment with my credit card. When i received my. car back it was a dint on the bottom driver door. Interior was filthy, a donut was in the place of 1 of my tire and receipts from a gas stations on the floor of my car. 15 days after getting my car white fumes started coming from. the tail pipe. A major oil leak under my car that leaked all through my drive way. I would not recommend this place

DON’T EVER ATTEMPT TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED AT “CAROLINA AUTO BODY SHOP” ‼️ 6400 Poole road in Raleigh, NC they are as JANKY & unprofessional as it comes & they damage my car further when I told them I would be taking them to court. They Ripped my tire (replaced it with a doughnut), Bent my rims, put a big dent in my door, fluids all gone.. I orginally went to get my transmission fixed, mind u my car had been sitting there for 2 months with no communication from them and I paid 2k down & they told me I couldn’t pay a 2,000 dollar tab with my credit card when I payed the 1st half with my card, trying to force me to pay with cash or they wouldn’t release my car back to me ‼️ Old washed up mechanics ?♂️ This is from a FH post I couldn’t I put the image..

Told me my car was done and it was still broken. They told me they’d pick it up and I’ve been waiting almost a month not to mention it took them over a month to “fix” my car. They also asked to get paid so I paid them them half and now they’re not respondingService: Steering & suspension repair

Poor communication, multiple messages not returned. I've been promised 3 different times including today that my car would be ready for pickup, by the owner Tony no less, and now he won't even answer the phone. Unbelievable.

Very dangerous drivers!!!!! While sitting in a line of traffic on Poole Road, I watched as the driver proceeded into the opposite lane turn on their amber lights and drive toward opposing traffic. Several cars were forced off the road before the driver blended back to the right side of the road. I thought, well maybe there was an accident and they were trying to get there to remove damaged vehicles. I was wrong, they were just trying to pass traffic to park at the shop. Very unprofessional, very dangerous putting innocent drivers at risk for the sake of getting back to their shop. The amount of time they saved was literally none, because even though they made it to the front of the line, they still had to wait at the light and was parking as I passed by.

Took my truck Thursday for oil change and tune up and it was running fine, beforehand, just routine maintenance was my reason for bringing it. My Truck Broke down the very next day. Bad communication about towing and servicing for the issue. I personally do not recommend and will never return.

Didn’t fix our car! Paid for a part that never came! Kept our car 4 days and never finished the job! Had to go and get our car! They took it apart when we went to get it! We watched them put it back together and left!
