Great storage facility run by truly good and friendly people (and cats!) I used them twice and was really impressed by maintenance and cleanliness. They were even nice enough to not freak out when my movers decided to YOLO a semi truck into their storage facility!!They also helped my mom out when she was in a bind even when they didn't have to

Went by to pick up some doors left in a unit for me by a business and had to get the key from the office. VERY nice people and the inside (office) and outside were the cleanest I have ever seen a self storage facility. Nice wide access roads too. Would definitely use for my business if I was located in the area.

I wish I could write a book about how much I love Cardinal Self Storage. We have been using them for quite some time & they are the friendless, most responsible people I have ever met. We were in a pickle during a recent move & they assisted us with NO additional charge to ensure our belongings were safe. I would recommend them over & over to ANYONE who needs a storage facility with excellent customer service!

Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are. We used the moving truck and they were so kind with working with the time we needed. Such great staff and great experience!!

I love Frank & Lisa so much!! They are hard working, friendly, considerate people who go above and beyond to take care of you and the property. I have had storage spots all over Raleigh for my business and have never had such great people taking care of me. Not to mention they open the gates when they see you coming. Love these gems!! Thank you for putting up with me, my boys and their messes from time to time. ?????
