This place is a scam beware!!! My car payment was $366.47 I normally pay through my email it was good for a few months. Then recently i made two payments just for them to say they haven't received it. It's alot of scamming going on nowadays don't waste your time with these people

***& before you all assume im writing this because I was late on a payment or something of that nature, that is not true. I just want you guys to be aware of the type of associates this company employs.***I pray for people like Moses who work for this company. He’s an absolute disgrace to the customer service name. He’s the WORST associate I’ve ever had to encounter in my life.I left my car at the airport for two weeks and he told me that my car would be impounded because of that. His exact words to me were “nobody leaves their car at the airport, they get dropped off. *chuckles*”Mind you, I paid for long-term parking at the airport. I called the airport parking and they informed me that Moses completely made up that lie and that they would only impound vehicles after months of being parked there.I realized he made it up to make me feel worse than I already did. I’m a customer service associate myself, and would never treat a customer with such disrespect. I understand CSR have a difficult job dealing with people all day but there’s no excuse to be absolutelyNASTY with people over the phone.When I contacted Moses, I called at 8:30 on the dot meaning I was likely their first caller. How can you be so hateful to someone AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR DAY? I have so much more I can say about this man specifically and that’s strictly off of one phone call with him. I pray this man finds peace in his life.

Most horrible experience of my life!!! After paying off my car this company supposedly sent my title and I never received it. When I called them they were rude and disrespectful and told me I could go to dmv. They couldn’t track it and refused to send another one. Don’t do business with this company if you can help it. Staff is horrible and condescending and the management team is incompetent!!!

I originally was paying my car note with a different company but car financials bought them out. The transition was somewhat smooth i had to get them to correct the spelling of my name and other demographic information. Turnover is also a little high for them to. However over time they became reliable and organized. Haven't had any issue with balances not matching. They are decent and slowly improving over time.

This has been a horrible experience. How this company is in business is beyond me. The loan for my wife's car was transferred to this company after the dealership we originally bought the car through shut down. We have never missed a payment. My wife and I even took on the task of paying early when we got in a better financial position. Currently we keep getting phone calls pretty much since the transfer of the vehicle to them saying the car note is late. This is inaccurate. We even sent copies of every receipt to show the status before the transfer of the vehicle.Then today we were sent a notice saying the vehicle is now $500 behind which doesn't even add up based on how payments are calculated for this vehicle. Apparently this business has a history of poor business practices and we will be dealing with it accordingly.

This place is irritating the heck out of me in all honesty . I get back to back phone calls saying my payment is due knowing I make weekly payments and now showing I have a balance of almost $500 that I need to pay ? Are you kidding me ? I haven't had any time to even come into the place directly to speak with someone because I'm constantly busy I make payments weekly noway I'm behind on my vehicle action auto sales closed down and my vehicle ended up being taken over by this place and it's been nothing but constant phone calls and speaking with several employees over there and they still can't get my information right car financial you guys need to get it together and fix the problem's people are having because by reviews y'all's company doesn't look good to run a business

After the company I purchased by loan from, sold my loan to Car Financial I received repeated phone calls about a missing payment which I paid to the original loan holder. I was told my account was delinquent. It took two weeks of numerous phone calls to the original loan holder and Car Financial before this was corrected. I really regret the day Car Financial purchased my loan. I never missed a month paying my car note. They have the rudest consumer service staff. Car Financial is not Accredited by the Better Business Bureau. That is a big red flag to avoid doing business with this company.

This is a company you don't want to deal with. They are RUDE and will add fees right at the end of my payment. Holding my title over less then 6 dollars. I sent my last payment in on time $3.01 more then what I suppose to send. Because we had a storm in the area they attach another fee. But, Ruby was about to tell me what my balance was before she suppose have open the letter. Never again

The entire staff and company is horrible. There is no communication in regards to their customer’s account. Their attitudes with some of the staf had ruined me even wanting to attempt to call them back. Some have concern and consideration and other truly make you never want to deal with them ever again. My account was transferred to them when the company I purchased my vehicle decided to shut down because them themselves where crooked. Then trying to deal with them about payments and wanting to pay in full once my money came in but they decided to come get my car and drag it out my driveway, scratching the entire bottom of my car. I had issues because my car leaked badly have videos and pictures to prove it paid over $1500.00 to just get the water damage off the carpets and seats as it smelled of mildew and my children traveled in it. No one wanted to work with us. And I knew the repo people did not cover the vehicle which meant there would be more damage. They wanted more then what I knew the car was worth. I hope whomever purchases the vehicle enjoys the costs of damage that comes with it. Thanks car financial for leaving me with no vehicle and giving the burden to someone else.

I cannot stress it enough THIS PLACE SUCKS TO THE FULLEST..THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO KEEP UP WITH RECORDS AND CANDY IS A VERY IGNORANT PERSON THAT NEEDS TO GET AN EDUCATION. NOT HELPFUL AND COMPLETELY CLUELESS!
